Teleporting Mechanism

Kimberly was trapped in the past.  Her friends were trying to find a way to bring her back to the present.  Billy comes up with an idea and asks for their communicators.  Which they gladly hand over.  After some time, Billy tells his friends he has adapted the communicators to enhance and accelerate the teleporting mechanism, and create a time hole.  But I have to warn you, we can only try this once and if it fails.....Tommy adds, Kimberly is trapped in the past forever.  Billy tells them where the time hole should appear and gets to work.  A time hole appears and within moments, Kimberly is walking through it.  Kimberly gives Tommy a big hug and tells her friends, I knew you guys would rescue me.  Everyone is very happy.
