Dougie
Dougie is a young boy that refuses to go swimming at the Angel Grove Lake. He was afraid of monsters in the lake. Rocky tried to reassure Dougie that he would be safe, but he still refused. His young friend told him, he had nothing to worry about, the Power Rangers protect Angel Grove. But it wasn't enough for Dougie. Rocky kept an eye out for him. When Rocky was called away, he made sure another lifeguard, Steve, looked after Dougie. Dougie spotted Bulk and Skull in trouble out in the lake. The lifeguard was busy tending to another swimmer, so Dougie went into the lake after Bulk and Skull. Using a large inter tube, Dougie began to pull Bulk and Skull to safety.
