Zedd's Monster Mash

The Youth Center is sponsoring a program where teens take little kids out trick or treating. Kimberly and Billy are helping out. Kimberly: Happy Halloween everybody! Alright, we going to have lots of fun going out trick or treating tonight. Parents, remember you need to sign your children in when you leave them and out when you pick them up. Okay, that way the chaperones can keep track of everyone. As Billy and Kimberly work at their table, Billy talks about the upcoming peace conference. Kimberly thinks the peace conference is very exciting. Billy asks Kimberly what would happen to their team if one of them was chosen. Kimberly realizes that could have serious consequences for them. A young child and her mom walk up to Billy and Kimberly's table. The mom thanks them for their hard work. After they leave, Tommy walks in and walks up to Billy and Kimberly. The three hope that Halloween will go smoothly. Ernie passes by and asks them what could go wrong, with so many volunteers. Ernie walks away. Billy, Tommy, and Kimberly all know anything can happen with Lord Zedd around.
Lord Zedd has been watching the Youth Center. Lord Zedd likes the idea of children dressing like monsters and demanding treats. A holiday, he can get into. Goldar, Baboo, and Squatt are there as well. Lord Zedd tells them he is going to throw his own party. One in which White Ranger doesn't have a ghost of a chance.
Kimberly, Billy, and Tommy are enjoying the event at the Youth Center. Bulk & Skull walk in, looking for candy. Kimberly reminds them this is a school project, and they are not suppose to be trick or treating, but chaperoning. Bulk tells Kimberly to speak for herself. Bulk takes a handful of red-hot's and immediately feels on fire. Bulk quickly puts his entire head in the barrel of water. When Bulk resurfaces, he has a apple stuck in his mouth. Everyone laughs. Bulk & Skull walk over to the counter. In Zedd's palace, Lord Zedd is ready to put his plan into action. Lord Zedd sends several putties down to Angel Grove. The putties arrive outside the Youth Center. The putties transform themselves to look like small children in costumes. The putties walk inside and Tommy assumes this is his group. Tommy asks for their names, but the putties remain silent. Tommy assumes the kids are simply staying in character, by keeping their identities a secret. Tommy leads the group outside. At the counter, Bulk wipes his face off with a towel from Ernie. After Ernie walks away, Skull comments on how many kids are dressed like Power Rangers. This gives Bulk the idea, that maybe the Power Rangers have shrunk themselves to look like children. Bulk & Skull take off to find the Power Rangers. Kimberly and Billy walk up to their groups of kids and take them out trick or treating. Bulk & Skull watch as some trick or treaters approached a house. One of the children is dressed like the Red Power Ranger. As the kids start to leave, Bulk removes the Red Ranger's helmet. The young girl uses silly string on Bulk & Skull. The rest of the kids in the group do the same. To make matters worse, a mom comes running out and starts hitting Bulk & Skull with a broom. Bulk & Skull take off running. They sit on a curb of the sidewalk and realize they have two bags of candy. As they eat the candy, Skull notes there are more "Power Rangers" coming down the sidewalk. Skull tells Bulk they should act like they need help and maybe the "Power Rangers" would help them. Bulk & Skull start crying out for help. "Red Ranger and Blue Ranger" quickly walk past the two. Bulk & Skull are not to upset as they continue to eat the candy. Watching from his palace, Lord Zedd decides now is the time to send Goldar down to Angel Grove. Tommy is leading his group of "kids" when Goldar appears. Tommy gets into a ready stance and tries to protect the "kids". Tommy is surprised when the kids transform into putties. Tommy battles the putties, but cannot defeat them. Goldar transports Tommy to the Dark Dimension. Tommy does not know where he is at. Tombstone monster appears, along with several monsters from the past, Pumpkin Rapper and Robogoat. Tommy tries to morph, but his morpher is taken. Tommy battles the monsters. At the Youth Center, Billy and Kimberly have returned with their groups. Billy and Kimberly go over the list of kids. Kimberly asks Ernie about Jason, Trini, and Zack. Ernie replies they have not returned yet. Kimberly is surprised to see Tommy has not returned yet. Billy adds there is something else odd, all the kids are accounted for. Kimberly and Billy walk away and try to contact Tommy. They get no response. Billy and Kimberly teleport to the Command Center. Zordon is already aware of the problem. The viewing globe shows Tommy battling several monsters. Billy doesn't understand why Tommy doesn't just morph. Kimberly points out that Tommy's morpher is missing.
Billy immediately set to work on trying to locate Tommy. Kimberly keeps an eye on the viewing globe, which shows Tommy battling the two monsters. Kimberly is anxious to help Tommy and walks over to Billy to see if he has located Tommy yet. Billy has, Tommy is in the dark dimension. Zordon informs them Jason, Trini, and Zack will be unable to join them as there is no one to leave their group of kids. Billy and Kimberly morphed and entered the Dark Dimension. Tommy is very happy to see them and warns them about Pumpkin Rapper and Robogoat. Pink Ranger and Blue Ranger immediately go into battle. Blue Ranger battled Tombstone and knocks Tommy's morpher out of his hands. Blue Ranger tosses the morpher to Tommy. Tommy picks up his morpher and morphs into White Ranger. The three Rangers battle the monster. Tombstone doesn't like the fact that there are now three Rangers and releases more monsters, Rhinoblaster, Snizzard, Primator, and Invenusible Flytrap. In the Command Center, Alpha 5 and Zordon have been watching the three Rangers. With so many monsters, Zordon needs Jason, Trini, and Zack to help. Alpha 5 contacts the three and teleports them directly to the Dark Dimension. Alpha 5 will teleport to the Trini's, Zack's, and Jason's group of kids. Since it is Halloween, no one should comment on Alpha 5's costume. Red Ranger, Yellow Ranger, and Black Ranger arrive in the Dark Dimension and immediately help the rest of the Rangers in their battle. Lord Zedd grows Pumpkin Rapper to giant size. The Rangers quickly form their two zords. The Rangers, in their zords, battle Pumpkin Rapper and eventually destroy him. Lord Zedd is not happy, but concludes the Rangers may have won this battle, but they will not win the war.
Kimberly, Billy, and Tommy return to the Youth Center. As they sit at the counter, Ernie walks up to them and tells them what a success the program was. Ernie walks away. Bulk & Skull enter, not feeling too good. Bulk & Skull sit next to Kimberly, Tommy, and Billy and tell them they didn't find any Rangers. Bulk & Skull ate too much candy. Kimberly offers them some more candy and Bulk & Skull's faces turn green. Bulk & Skull hurried out of the Youth Center as Kimberly, Tommy, and Billy laugh.
