The Mutiny, Part III

Jason, Tommy, Kimberly, and Zack (morphed) continued to battle against their zords and Pirantishead. They become alarm when the zords leave them alone and head for rally. Zordon contacts Billy to see if his signal blocker is ready, but Billy and Trini are still working on it. Zordon tells Billy that the situation has become urgent and he needs to finish the signal blocker quickly. Billy and Trini understand and work quickly on the signal blocker.
Bulk & Skull are zooming around on uncontrollable 4-wheelers that Pirantishead had put under a spell. The spectators are amused by Bulk & Skull antics. Skull notices the zords attacking the rally, but Bulk is too busy hanging on to care. The zords attack the rally and competitors try to outrace the zords. Billy and Trini finished the signal blocker. They morph and take it to the rest of the Rangers. Pirantishead has the zords attacking the Rangers once more. Billy is confused when the signal blocker is turned on and it doesn't work. The Rangers assembled all their weapons and act like they are going to attack the zords, but instead they attack Pirantishead. Jason tells Billy to take the signal blocker and find out what's wrong, while they keep Pirantishead and the zords busy. Billy and Tommy leave the group and Billy is slightly embarrassed when he discovers he had put the batteries in wrong in the signal blocker. Billy and Tommy join the Rangers and the signal blocker works. The zords are under the Rangers' control again. Lord Zedd becomes furious and sends the zords back to where they came from. The Rangers are distressed as the zords go under the Earth's surface. Tommy quickly sends Dragonzord back to the sea, before Lord Zedd can harm it. Lord Zedd makes Pirantishead grow large. Meanwhile back at the Command Center, Zordon and Alpha 5 frantically work together, using the old zords to form the new zords. The Rangers are unable to fight Pirantishead and retreat to the Command Center. Zordon announces that the new zords are ready. Zordon instructs Tommy to stay behind, as he is weak and doesn't have enough power to summon Dragonzord. The Rangers, except Tommy, call their new Thunderzords. The Rangers battle Pirantishead. Tommy watches the battle through the viewing globe with Alpha 5. Tommy is impressed by the new zords. Alpha 5 tells him that one day they will find a way to help him. The Rangers destroy Pirantishead. The Rangers return to the Command Center and Zordon is very proud of them. Zordon tells Tommy that the Dragonzord, like Tommy, will have to conserve energy when it's power is low. Tommy tells the Rangers, it's been fun, but the Rangers still want Tommy on their team and are determine to help him. Alpha 5 calls the Rangers' attention to the viewing globe where Bulk & Skull are still riding on their uncontrollable 4-wheelers. The Rangers leave to help them. Billy and Trini go to the signal blocker and used it on the 4-wheelers to break the spell. They rejoin their friends and Jason tells Tommy and Kimberly to see if Bulk & Skull is okay, while they get their 4-wheelers. Tommy and Kimberly walk towards Bulk & Skull. Bulk & Skull tell them what happen to them, including meeting the Power Rangers, while Tommy and Kimberly pretend not to believe them. Jason, Billy, Trini, and Zack ride up on their 4-wheelers and offered them a lift. They all ride off on the 4-wheelers and finish the motor rally.
