In the Command Center, Zordon asks Alpha 5 if the molecular descrambler complete yet? Alpha 5 replies I'm working on it as fast as I can. Zordon urges Alpha 5 to hurry. The Rangers' rescue depends on this device. There is no time to spare. Zordon adds with Lord Zedd turning the Rangers to children and then imprisoning them in a photograph, there is no one to destroy his evil rock of time. Alpha 5 thinks this is a terrible situation. Zordon tells Alpha 5 our only chance is to recover the photography and use the descrambler to return Rangers to normal.
Bulk & Skull are hiding in the bushes at the park. The wind picks up the photograph of Aisha, Kimberly, Adam, Billy, Rocky, and Tommy and it flies over to where Bulk & Skull are hiding. Bulk grabs the picture and starts to take off. Skull remains where he is. Photomare demands that give him the picture. Bulk realizes Skull is not with him and runs back and grabs him. Bulk tells him we got to get this thing to a grown up. Bulk & Skull take off running.
Lord Zedd tells Goldar to go down there and capture those two brat humans. I must have that picture of the runt Rangers. Goldar tells him yes, with pleasure and leaves. Lord Zedd states when the picture is mine, the Power Rangers will exist no more.
Bulk & Skull run across the park. They pause for a moment at a tree. Skull asks Bulk if he thinks that camera creature is behind us? Bulk tells him we have something he wants. Bulk & Skull take off running once more. Goldar appears and they run right into him and then fall to the ground. Photomare is behind them and tells them you're mine! Bulk & Skull start screaming mommy! Goldar laughs. That's a name I've never been called before. Bulk tells Goldar I don't suppose you are a good guy are you? Goldar replies definitely a bad guy. Skull was afraid of that. Goldar tells them they better hand over that picture, if they know what's good for them.
Lord Zedd is confident with the Power Rangers locked in a photograph forever, the universe shall be his. Squatt and Baboo are with him. Squatt gets very excited. If Lord Zedd gets the universe, maybe they could get a box of cookies or doughnuts. Lord Zedd starts to wonder why Goldar hasn't returned and uses his visor to look down at the park. He becomes furious when he sees Goldar still does not have the photograph. You're seven feet tall - just take it from them!
Alpha 5 excitedly announces that the molecular descrambler is ready for action. Zordon tells Alpha 5 just in time. Right now you must teleport to the park and stop Goldar from taking the photograph from Bulk & Skull. We need that picture to bring back the Power Rangers. Use the laser stun scanner. Alpha 5 teleports out.
Goldar lends over Bulk & Skull and his bad breath washes over them. Bulk asks him if he has ever heard of breath mints? Goldar takes that as a compliment. Goldar then demands the photograph or he will have Photomare freeze them into one too. Alpha 5 arrives. Alpha 5 tells Goldar to hold it right there, you big, golden gorilla.
