Forever Friends

Kimberly is working on her gymnastics routine at the Youth Center. Aisha is there and watching her friend. Kimberly completes her routine and ends up by Aisha. Aisha: You're looking good girl. Kimberly: Thanks. I hear the competition is really tough. Aisha: You might be right. My old school had a great gymnastics team. My really good friend Shawna's on it. Kimberly: Oh yeah, I can't wait to meet her. Aisha: I know, I can't wait to see her. A young woman enters the Youth Center and walks over to Aisha and Kimberly. Shawna: So, Aisha. Aisha: Shawna, I'm so glad to see you! Aisha gives Shawna a hug. Shawna is not happy that Aisha had transferred to Angel Grove. Kimberly introduces herself, but Shawna gives her a cold reception. Kimberly brings up that they are both in the gymnastics competition. Shawna tells Kimberly that is not all they are competing for. Shawna walks away. Aisha apologizes to Kimberly.
At his palace, Lord Zedd has been watching the friction between Kimberly, Aisha, and Shawna. Goldar is with him. Lord Zedd wants to use the friction to his advantage. Soon the Power friends will be split up forever, making them useless to Zordon.
At the Youth Center, Kimberly continues practicing her routine with Aisha cheering her on. Kimberly completes her routine. Shawna walks over to Aisha and Kimberly. Shawna continues to give Aisha a hard time about not staying in touch. Kimberly steps away as Aisha tries to defend herself by telling Shawna she has tried to stay in touch. Kimberly rejoins the group and tells them she can see they have a lot of catching up to do. Kimberly plans on seeing the guys and tells Shawna it was nice meeting her and starts to head out. Aisha doesn't want the tension between her friends. Aisha calls out to Kimberly and walks over. Aisha walks over to Kimberly and Shawna joins them. Aisha suggests they have a picnic and get to know each other. Shawna agrees. Kimberly, Aisha, and Shawna head out.
At Angel Grove High School, Tommy, Adam, Billy, and Rocky are working on their projects in the wood shop room. Tommy hopes Kimberly's practice is going well. Adam and Tommy are not having much luck on their wood shop projects. Bulk & Skull are there as well. Bulk tells them to give it up. Adam challenges Bulk to do better than they have. Bulk has other challenges. Bulk & Skull reveal their jet packs, as they want to keep up with the Power Rangers when they jet. Bulk & Skull placed their jet packs on and walk out of the room. Billy, Rocky, Tommy, and Adam chuckle as Bulk & Skull head out.
Bulk & Skull head out to the park. They put their gear on and turn on the jet packs. Large flames shot out from the back of the jet packs. The guys do not take off into the sky. Instead they run around in circle, eventually landing in a pile of hay.
Kimberly, Aisha, and Shawna have the picnic at the park. It is quiet at the table. Kimberly asks how long they have known each other. Aisha tells since second grade, Shawna argues that they have been friends since first grade.
Lord Zedd is in his chamber with Goldar. Lord Zedd decides to speed up the breakup by capturing Kimberly and Shawna. Goldar asks how this will help us? Lord Zedd believes the Rangers will no cooperate with each other, leaving Lord Zedd free to take over the world.
At the park, Aisha, Kimberly, and Shawna are silent. Suddenly, Goldar appears behind them. Kimberly, Aisha, and Shawna quickly get up and run over to the other end of the table. Kimberly instructs Shawna to get behind them. Goldar's sword throws out a beam of light, that captures Kimberly and Shawna and they disappear. Goldar vanishes as well. Aisha tries to get a hold of the guys, but gets no reply. Aisha realizes they are probably still in the shop and can't hear her. Aisha takes off.
Lord Zedd is eager to see the disintegration of the Power Rangers. He keeps an eye on the shop to see the reaction of the guys that Aisha did nothing to help her friends. Aisha races into the wood shop classroom. Tommy, Adam, Billy, and Rocky gathered around her as she tells them that Lord Zedd has captured Kimberly and Shawna. Tommy tells the group they need to get to the Command Center. Adam, Billy, Rocky, Tommy, and Aisha race out of the classroom. Lord Zedd had been watching the wood shop room and becomes furious when the teens band together. Lord Zedd uses his staff and changes the saw in the shop room into Jaws of Destruction. Meanwhile, Kimberly and Shawna are being held inside a cave. They are trapped within a ring of stone pillars, with a force field, patrolled by Putties. Shawna is very frightened. Kimberly reassures her. Shawna, despite herself, is impressed. Shawna tells Kimberly she can't believe she is being so nice to her, after she had been so mean. But Kimberly had figured out what was going on. Shawna's parents are divorce as well. Every time someone close to Shawna leaves, it brings back the memories of when her dad left. Kimberly knows how Shawna feels and tells her that she soon realized that although her dad was not with her all the dad, he still loved her. In the Command Center, Aisha tells Zordon how she felt she had let the team down. Zordon and the guys reassure her that she had done the best she could do. The alarms go off. The viewing globe shows Jaws of Destruction. Aisha can't believe that things have gotten worse.
Zordon informs the teens that Jaws of Destruction needs to be stop before he destroys Angel Grove. Aisha is worried about Kimberly and Shawna. Tommy tells her he will rescue Kimberly and Shawna. The rest of the team will take on Jaws of Destruction. Rocky, Tommy, Aisha, Adam, and Billy morphed and jet across the sky. Bulk & Skull are still in the park, when they see the Power Rangers overheard. Bulk & Skull quickly put on their gear and start their jet packs. Instead of flying in the sky, Bulk & Skull ran in circles and ended up on the ground. Meanwhile, Red Ranger, Yellow Ranger, Black Ranger, and Blue Ranger are facing down Jaws of Destruction. Jaws of Destruction summon several Putties. The four Rangers battle the Putties. Elsewhere, several more Putties are guarding the entrance of the cave that Kimberly and Shawna are being held. White Ranger arrives. White Ranger battles and destroys the Putties. White Ranger runs into the cave and finds Kimberly and Shawna quickly. Shawna is thrilled to see the White Ranger. White Ranger uses his sword to battle the force field and manages to pull Shawna through. But the force field is back and Kimberly is stuck. Shawna is worried for her new friend. Back at the palace, Lord Zedd is furious with Goldar for putting Putties in charge. Lord Zedd no longer has any prisoners. Lord Zedd sends Goldar back down. Inside the cave, Shawna doesn't want to leave Kimberly. Kimberly reassures Shawna that she will be okay. White Ranger contacts Alpha 5 and has him teleport Shawna out of the cave. Kimberly morphs. Pink Ranger busts through the force field. White Ranger and Pink Ranger leave the cave and see Goldar waiting for them. White Ranger tells Pink Ranger that the rest of the Rangers need her, he will take care of Goldar. Pink Ranger teleports out. White Ranger battles Goldar. At the other battle, Black Ranger, Blue Ranger, and Red Ranger battle the Putties. Yellow Ranger runs into trouble and is knocked to the ground by Putties. Pink Ranger arrives. Pink Ranger battles the Putties that are about to harm Yellow Ranger. Once the Putties are destroyed, Pink Ranger runs over and makes sure Yellow Ranger is okay. Blue Ranger, Red Ranger, and Black Ranger destroy the remaining Putties. The five Rangers face down Jaws of Destruction. Lord Zedd has been watching the battle from his palace. Lord Zedd is not happy and throws down one of his grow bombs. Jaws of Destruction is now giant size. Red Ranger, Yellow Ranger, Pink Ranger, Black Ranger, and Blue Ranger summon their zords. The Thunder Megazord is formed. The Thunder Megazord and Jaws of Destruction battle. Eventually the Rangers destroy Jaws of Destruction. Elsewhere, White Ranger is still battling Goldar. White Ranger knocks Goldar's sword out of his hands. White Ranger allows Goldar to pick up his sword. Goldar retreats. At the palace, Lord Zedd is sitting on his throne. Goldar passes a line of Putties as he approaches Lord Zedd. Lord Zedd is furious and blames the failure of the plan on Goldar. Lord Zedd adds that even White Ranger felt sorry for him.
The next day, Bulk & Skull enter the Youth Center, covered in bandages and bits of straw. Rocky, Tommy, Adam, and Billy walk over to Bulk & Skull. The guys are laughing and tell them it looks like they really ran into the Power Rangers. Bulk replies that everyone is a critic. Skull tells them just wait until they find out who the Rangers really are, then they will be the heroes. Tommy, Adam, Billy, and Rocky laugh once more and walk away from Bulk & Skull. Aisha enters the Youth Center. The gymnastics competition is being held at the Youth Center. Aisha walks over to Kimberly, who is warming up. Aisha tells Kimberly that Shawna told her how nice she was to her. Aisha really appreciates. Kimberly tells her it was no problem, and she gain a friend as well. Aisha gives Shawna a thumbs up as she returns to the audience. The last two competitors are Kimberly Hart and Shawna Hilton. Aisha watches the competition, excited for her friends. Adam, Billy, Rocky, and Tommy watch the competition as well. Kimberly goes first. Kimberly does an amazing performance, which places her in first place. Kimberly gives Shawna a thumbs up to encourage her. Shawna goes next and does an incredible performance as well. Shawna's scores are high and it turns out that Kimberly and Shawna have tied for first place. Aisha is very happy for her friends. Aisha goes over to the judges' table and grabs the trophy. Kimberly and Shawna come running up to Aisha. Aisha tells her friends they were terrific. Shawna thanks her and tells her she is terrific as well. Shawna tells Kimberly that she is terrific as well. Aisha feels very lucky to have friends like them.
