Kimberly and Billy are sitting inside Angel Grove Youth Center. Kimberly misses Tommy. Billy: Sure is quiet around here without Tommy. Kimberly doesn't respond. Billy notices Kimberly holding a mirror and tries again: Interesting mirror. Kimberly: Thanks, Tommy won it for me at a carnival. Meanwhile, Lord Zedd and Goldar are thrilled to have eliminated a Ranger and start working on plans to eliminate another. Lord Zedd has decided it is time for a bride and has selected Kimberly. Back at the Youth Center, Kimberly notices an ad for Madam Swampy, fortune teller. Kimberly wants to give Madam Swampy a try, to find out how Tommy is doing. Billy is skeptical, but he doesn't stop Kimberly. Kimberly and Billy leave. Bulk & Skull enter moments later and walk up to the counter. Bulk spots the ad for Madam Swampy and he gets an idea. Bulk tells Skull they are going to see Madam Swampy and she can tell them who the Power Rangers are. Bulk & Skull make tracks for Madam Swampy. Bulk & Skull enter Madam Swampy's. After paying Madam Swampy in a few coins and a rubber spider, Madam Swampy tells them they will get what they paid for. Madam Swampy hands them a treasure map and dismisses them. Bulk & Skull are thrilled. Meanwhile, Lord Zedd is ready to put his plans into action as Kimberly approaches Madam Swampy's building. Goldar and several putties arrive. Kimberly is ready to battle. Goldar tosses some magic dust that makes Kimberly powerless to fight them. Goldar takes Kimberly and leaves in triumph.
Billy and Zack are rollerblading in the park. They are waiting on Curtis and Richie. Jason has gone to the mountains. Zordon contacts Zack and Billy and they teleport to the Command Center. Trini is there as well. Zordon has been unable to contact Jason, the mountains blocking the signal. The teens look to the viewing globe, which shows Goldar carrying Kimberly. Zordon tells the teens how Lord Zedd plans to make Kimberly his new bride. Meanwhile, Lord Zedd wants to further divide the Rangers and spots Richie and Curtis in the park. Lord Zedd sends down several putties that go after Curtis and Richie. Richie and Curtis try to outmaneuver the putties. Zordon shows the teens that their friends are in trouble. Zack tells Trini and Billy to go rescue Kimberly, he will take care of the putties in the park. Billy and Trini morph and teleported to the entrance of the cave where Kimberly is held. Blue Ranger and Yellow Ranger battled the putties guarding the entrance to the cave. Zack teleports to the park and battles the putties that have Curtis and Richie cornered. Zack manages to defeat the putties. Zack asks Curtis and Richie if they are okay. Curtis wants to know what the creatures were and Richie tells him they were putties, he has seen them on the news.
Kimberly awakens in the cave and finds Goldar, Squatt, and Baboo there. Goldar tells Kimberly that he will be training her and Kimberly is dressed in Rita Repulsa's gown. Kimberly's morpher is place high on the cave ceiling. The dust did not work on Kimberly, but Kimberly realizes Goldar thinks it has. Kimberly becomes to act like Rita Repulsa and screams and insults Baboo, Squatt, and Goldar. Blue Ranger and Yellow Ranger enter the cave. Blue Ranger does a flying kick to Goldar. The Rangers manage to get Kimberly's morpher and the three take off running out of the cave. Lord Zedd is furious that Goldar has failed, but he creates a monster out of Kimberly's mirror. In the Command Center, Alpha 5 and Zordon are aware of the monster and Alpha 5 contacts Blue Ranger. Kimberly morphs and the three Rangers teleport to the park. Black Ranger and Red Ranger are there already - Zordon had managed to get through to Jason. The Rangers battle the putties that are at the park. Lord Zedd makes his monster grow and the Rangers called for their zords. With the Megazord, the Rangers destroy the monster. Lord Zedd is furious with Goldar, Baboo, and Squatt.
Kimberly, Billy, and Zack are inside the Youth Center. Billy tells Kimberly what a close call she had, and Kimberly comments that it was a good thing the dust did not work. Kimberly is searching through her backpack and becomes upset when she cannot find the mirror Tommy won for her. Curtis rolls in and greets them. Curtis has the mirror and asks if they know who it belongs to. Kimberly thanks Curtis for finding it and Curtis tells her anything for a beautiful lady. Bulk & Skull enter the Youth Center and are dismayed that instead of finding Power Rangers, they have found dweebs. Skull tosses the treasure map onto the floor. Billy picks it up and asks them if they had looked at the back of it. The back of the map has a free offer of a protein muffin. Ernie tells them Madam Swampy is a friend of his and they thought it would be a clever promotion. Bulk doesn't think so. Bulk & Skull start to eat the protein muffins. Richie points out that they have to buy lunch first, to get the free protein muffin. Bulk & Skull try to spit the muffin out, but Ernie wants payment. Bulk & Skull search their pockets but find no money. Ernie hands Bulk & Skull aprons and they spend the rest of the day doing dishes.
