Lord Zedd, Goldar, Rito, Finster, and Rita were with Master Vile.  Master Vile was very pleased and he was laughing.  Master Vile:  Everything is just as I planned.  Yes, very soon we shall rid the galaxy of Zordon the good deed doer and I, Master Vile, shall reign supreme over the universe.  Master Vile kept an eye on things and his good mood ended.  Master Vile:  Zordon's little food processor on legs has destroyed my implosion device.  Lord Zedd was pleased to see Master Vile fail.  Lord Zedd:  So your great and all powerful Master Vile, is merely a mutant after all.  The palace shook.  Rita:  What is it?  Master Vile:  I don't know, but I'm certain that I don't like it.  It was something inherently good and pure. Rita was upset, she is allergic to good.  Master Vile sent Goldar and Rito to try and get the power coins once more and to find out what was going on.  Goldar, Rito, and the Tenga Warriors would fail and returned to the palace.  There they reported to Master Vile that the Alien Rangers were on Earth.  Master Vile knew that meant Zordon had sent in for backup.  Later, Master Vile was ready to attack with his monsters.  Some of the monsters included Crabby Cabbie and Garbage Mouth.  The monsters, Goldar, and Rito were in such a hurry to get out, that they knocked down and trampled over Finster.  Lead by Professor Longnose, the monsters began their attack.  But the planned attack failed.  The Alien Rangers, with their Megazords, battled and destroyed the monsters.  Rita was embarrassed when Master Vile threw a fit on the floor.   Rito and Rita helped Master Vile back to his feet.  Master Vile had had enough and decided he was going back to his own galaxy, where evil reign supreme.  Master Vile teleported out.  Goldar was happy to see Lord Zedd in charge again.  Lord Zedd planned on continuing with Master Vile's plan and he intended to succeed.  Lord Zedd was so happy to see Master Vile gone, that he gave Goldar a kiss on his forehead. 

Lord Zedd and Rita were together.  Lord Zedd:  We finally got that tyrant father of yours out of here.  Rita:  Hey, I resent that.  Lord Zedd:  And next will be your bone-headed brother.  I still can't believe it.  All he had to do was destroy the Power Rangers' Command Center.  Rita:  Ahh, quit complaining!  What we need is a plan.  Lord Zedd already had one.  Lord Zedd plan to destroy the power coins and the Alien Rangers.  Lord Zedd sent Rito and Goldar down to flush out the kids and get the power coins.  Rito and Goldar were unsuccessful and reported back to a furious Lord Zedd.  While Rito and Goldar were gone, Lord Zedd had been keeping an eye on Angel Grove.  Lord Zedd saw Billy and Adam trying to put together a regenerator, to return to their right ages.  Rita asked if that kid ever slept.  The regenerator was powered by the power coins.  Lord Zedd sent Rito and Goldar once more down to follow Billy and Adam.  They did.  Billy and Adam soon meet with the rest of the kids.  Billy was setting up the device when Rito and Goldar appear.  Billy quickly use the device and he returned to his right age.  But the rest of the kids were unable to when Goldar grabbed the regenerator.  Lord Zedd and Rita appeared on the rooftops above the kids.  They were very pleased.  Goldar emptied the regenerator of the power coins and tossed the regenerator to the ground.  Lord Zedd used his staff, and Rita used her wand, and they aim it at the power coins in Goldar's hands.  The power coins were soon destroyed.  Lord Zedd, Rita, Rito, and Goldar left in triumph.  Everyone was in a good mood.  Rito suggested a monster attack, which Lord Zedd liked.  Lord Zedd thought to use the regenerator and create a monster, Slotsky.  The Alien Rangers were rehydrating in the water fountain when the Slotsky attacked, along with several Tenga Warriors.  The Alien Rangers battled the Slotsky and the Tenga Warriors.  Slotsky and Tenga Warriors were destroyed.  

Lord Zedd was watching the park and he was furious.  Billy had invented a device that could help the Alien Rangers with their hydration problems.  Lord Zedd:  Those meddling mariners must be stopped!  I'll steal Billy's precious generator.  That will put a damper on his rehydrating plans, and then those Alien Ranger rejects will have to flee home.  Lord Zedd laughed.  Lord Zedd summon Goldar and Rito.  The Alien Rangers had become weak and Billy and the kids were leading them to the north side of the lake.  Lord Zedd:  Ahh, perfect.  The goofy parade is heading for the great outdoors.  You two numbskulls are going to show up for a little fun in the sun.  Rito:  Hey, great, maybe I'll get a chance to work on getting a sun bone.  Rito laughed, but he was the only one.  Goldar and Rito left, but they were defeated by Delphine, Cestro, Aurico, and the rest of the Alien Rangers.  Lord Zedd couldn't believe he kept relying on those two.  Lord Zedd wasn't about to give up.  Lord Zedd sent down Erik  Merrick the Barbaric to poison the lake.  Lord Zedd sent Goldar and Rito down once more.  Billy and the kids had noticed something was wrong with the Alien Rangers, but before they could do anything, Goldar and Rito arrived once more.  Rito had a device that trapped the Alien Rangers, and Billy and the kids could not enter the poison lake either.  After awhile, Tommy approached Rito and tagged him.  Rito was thrilled about playing a game.  Goldar warned him it was a trick, but Rito ignored him and chased after Tommy.  Tommy dropped on all fours and then kick the device out of Rito's hands.  The device was tossed over to Billy and he used it to free the Alien Rangers.  Goldar couldn't believe it and teleported out.  Rito knew he was in trouble, but figured he better face Lord Zedd's wrath and teleported out.  Lord Zedd was furious and told Rita he was going to scatter her brother's bones to every dog pound in Angel Grove.  When they returned, Lord Zedd and Rita made Erik & Merrick the Barbaric grow to giant size.  The Alien Rangers, with the Megazords battled and then destroyed Erik & Merrick the Barbaric.  After their destruction, Lord Zedd and Rita argued.  Lord Zedd told Rita he was getting one of her headaches.

Lord Zedd and Rita were aware that the Alien Rangers had returned to their home planet.  Billy and the kids were at Splash City to have a day of fun.  Lord Zedd:  Yes, our moment has come.  Rita:  Great minds think alike.  With the aliens and those Ranger runts busy soaking their heads, the world is our oyster.  Lord Zedd:  Yes.  Rita:  Rito!  Goldar!  Rito and Goldar are fighting with each other, but they come forward.  Lord Zedd:  Quiet you fools!  Lord Zedd had been researching to find a weakness and he found one.  Under the Command Center were several tunnels.  Lord Zedd wanted Goldar and Rito to travel through the tunnels and plant an implosion device that would destroy the Command Center.  Goldar and Rito did not want to work with each other, but Lord Zedd gave them no choice.  Lord Zedd gave them a map of the tunnels.  Goldar and Rito left.  Lord Zedd and Rita wanted to make sure Billy and the kids stayed occupied, so they decided to create a monster out of the meanest kid in the water park.  Lord Zedd and Rita watch the water park for awhile, and then picked Bulk to become a monster.  Lord Zedd and Rita transform Bulk into Brat Boy.  Everything was going well, until Rita discovered that Rito had left behind the implosion device.  Both Lord Zedd and Rita groaned.  Rita left to catch up with the two.  After awhile, Rita  joined Lord Zedd at the palace once more.  The Alien Rangers had returned to help Billy and the kids with Brat Boy.  Billy and the kids soon realized the Bulk was inside Brat Boy and they tried to reach to him.  It worked and Bulk returned, but only for a few moments.  Lord Zedd and Rita changed him back.  But Brat Boy decided he wasn't taking orders from anyone and fired at the palace.  Brat Boy than reverted back to Bulk.  Rita was exasperated and told Lord Zedd that she was never having any kids.        

Lord Zedd was sitting on this throne as Rita kept an eye on Angel Grove.  The kids had left through a portal to search for their Zeo crystals.  Cestro had suddenly become weak.  Rita was very amused.  Rita:  Boo Hoo!  The poor little fish boy is getting as dry as a kipper.  Rita laughed.  Rita:  With those power brats out of the way, we have the opportunity to permanently dry up all the Alien Rangers.  Lets send a monster down to keep them from finding a pure water source.  Lord Zedd:  Excellent, but this job calls for a professional, not one of Finster's mishaps.  I have called in my old friend, Witchblade.  Lord Zedd laughed.  Rita:  But what about those bothersome battle zords?  Lord Zedd:  I will place a shield completely around the Earth to keep them from getting in the way.  Rita:  When those aliens call, they won't be able to get through.  Rita thought the plan was brilliant.  The plan went into effect.  The shield was placed and Witchblade was pursuing Blue Alien Ranger.  Witchblade was not doing well against the Blue Ranger, and soon the rest of the Rangers had arrived as well.  Rita was not impressed and told Lord Zedd so.  They decided to make Witchblade grow.  Witchblade grew to giant size.  The Alien Rangers summon their battle zords, but got no response.  The Alien Rangers quickly figured out that Lord Zedd must have placed a shield.  The Alien Rangers then summoned the Shogunzords and formed the ShogunMegazord.  The Alien Rangers battled and destroyed Witchblade.  Rita was gloating a little as Lord Zedd warned her not to say anything.  Rita made a few remarks about Lord Zedd's friends being losers.  Lord Zedd commented speaking of losers and wondered if Goldar and Rito had made any progress, which ruined Rita's good mood.

Lord Zedd had been watching Billy in his lab, and he was not happy.  Lord Zedd:  That brainy blue power punk is getting closer to completing the transformer.  Rita: So what?!  It's useless without all the Zeo sub crystals.  Rita laughed.  Lord Zedd:  You're right my little melon ball.  They'll never be able to find all five pieces.  Rita and Lord Zedd began dancing and spinning around together.  Rita:  The world will be ours!  They both laugh.  Later, Rita was watching Cestro and Tideus in Billy's lab.  Tideus was beginning to feel weak and they soon left to find some water.  Rita:  Well, well, well, what do we have here?  Rita let Lord Zedd know that Tideus and Cestro had left.  Lord Zedd decided to turn a spider into Arachnofiend that would attack Tideus and Cestro when they returned.  But the two Alien Rangers took too long.  Billy was returning, so Lord Zedd changed the plan so that Billy was captured by Arachnofiend.  Lord Zedd sent down several Tenga Warriors to keep Cestro and Tideus busy at the car wash, as Arachnofiend captured Billy.  Cestro and Tideus were blissfully unaware that there were Tenga Warriors behind them, and the car wash actually beat and tore the feathers off  the Tenga Warriors.  Cestro and Tideus returned to Billy's lab.  Before Arachnofiend could do anything, Zordon contacted them and they teleported out.  After awhile, the Alien Rangers search for Billy.  The Alien Rangers battled Arachnofiend.  Lord Zedd and Rita  watched the battle.  Rita became upset when Arachnofiend failed to capture the Alien Rangers and declared Arachnofiend had more thumbs than legs.  Lord Zedd and Rita made Arachnofiend grow to giant size.  The Alien Rangers summon their battle borgs, and when that was not enough, the Shogun zords as well.  Arachnofiend battled the Alien Rangers.  The Alien Rangers destroyed Arachnofiend.  After the battle, Lord Zedd was furious.  Not only was Arachnofiend destroyed, but Adam had found a piece of the Zeo crystal.  Lord Zedd waited for Rita to rub it in.  Instead Rita had plan and she just told Lord Zedd to wait and see.    

Lord Zedd and Rita had been watching Angel Grove and listening to Billy and Cestro.  Cestro was talking about Hydro Hog.  Baboo and Squatt were there as well.  Lord Zedd:  Emperor of the Dark Waters.  Sounds like my kind of guy!  Rita laughed.  Rita:  Too bad that old hogmeister isn't here to help us destroy those aggravating aliens.  Lord Zedd:  My thoughts exactly.  If you have a pest problem, you call an exterminator.  Squatt:  I feel a plan coming on.  Squatt and Baboo giggled.  Lord Zedd:  We'll bring Hydro Hog here, and turn him loose on the Rangers.  Finster was summon.  Finster was told to get to work on activating the dimensional teleporter.  Rita continue to keep an eye on Angel Grove.  Rita became very angry with Billy once more.  Billy had made a weather modulator and Cestro was testing it.  It was a success.  Rita grumbled to Lord Zedd.  Lord Zedd sent down several Tenga Warriors.  The Tenga Warriors were too much for Billy and Blue Alien Ranger.  They destroyed the weather modulator and then took off in triumph.  Unfortunately their attempts to contact Hydro Hog were stopped when Alpha 5 blocked their beam.  Lord Zedd vowed he would find a way to bring Hydro Hog to Earth.                      

Lord Zedd and Rita were together.  Lord Zedd:  The Zeo crystal is almost complete.  Do you realize what will happen when they get that final piece?  Rita:  Of course I do.  The world will go back to normal and the power brats will regain control.  Lord Zedd:  Unacceptable.  Contact Goldar.  Tell him to steal the crystal once it is completed.  Rita didn't understand why they didn't just blow up the Command Center.  But Lord Zedd wanted the power of the Zeo crystal himself.  Rita ask about the Alien Rangers.  Lord Zedd hadn't given up about contacting Hydro Hog.  This time he planned to send out a false beam and have Alpha 5 chase that one.  Lord Zedd used his staff to plant the false beam, and sure enough, Alpha 5 worked quickly to block it.  While Alpha 5 was busy, Lord Zedd contacted Hydro Hog.  Hydro Hog liked the idea of draining Earth of it's water supply and destroying the "Fish" Rangers.  It had been too quiet on Aquitar.  Lord Zedd and Rita sat back while Hydro Hog arrive.  Hydro Hog quickly went into action and the Alien Rangers had their hands full.  Suddenly Lord Zedd realized he had forgotten to tell Goldar to steal the Zeo crystal first.  Rita hollered for Finster.  Finster came running in.  Rita told Finster to locate Goldar and Rito.  A few moments later, Finster had.  Rita would teleported to the Command Center's basement and let them known to wait until the Zeo Crystal is completed, steal it, and then set off the implosion device. 

Rita had been watching the empty swimming and the kids' attempt on reviving the Alien Rangers.  Rita:  Yes!  That Hydro Hog has really done the job.  There's no way the little power brats can revive those Alien Rangers with a few drops of water.  Rita laughed.  Lord Zedd:  Yes my future pet.  Soon the Command Center shall cease to exist and the Zeo crystal shall be...Rita:  Ours!  Lord Zedd:  Oh yes, ours.  But Billy managed to create a small rain shower.  It was enough for the Alien Rangers.  The Alien Rangers went into battle against Hydro Hog.  Lord Zedd and Rita decided to help Hydro Hog and turned him giant size.  The Alien Rangers formed the Shogun Megazord.  It was a difficult battle for the Alien Rangers and soon the Megazord was down.  Billy then sent in the Falcon zord.  With the help of the Falcon zord, Hydro Hog was destroyed.  Later Tanya - who came in place of Aisha - returned with the final piece of the Zeo Crystal.  The Zeo crystal was now completed.  The ground shook and Earth went back to it's correct time.  Kat, Adam, Billy, Rocky, and Tommy teleported out of the Command Center to say goodbye to the Alien Rangers.  Rita then sent Goldar and Rito to steal the Zeo crystal.  Which they did successfully.  The teens then returned to the Command Center.  The implosion device went off as well and the Command Center was destroyed.  Alpha 5 had managed to teleport the teens out before the building was destroyed.  

Lord Zedd and Rita were laughing and dancing around.  Baboo and Squatt were there as well and they joined in.  Rita:  No more Power Rangers!  No more Power Rangers!  No more Power Rangers!  Lord Zedd:  No more Power Rangers!  With the Power Rangers finally out of the picture, the galaxy shall be ours at last!  Finster came running in.  Finster:  I'm sorry my queen, I hate to spoil your celebration.  Rita:  Then don't.  Suddenly the floor shook.  When it stopped, Rita took a look at her telescope.  What Rita saw, scared her.  Rita turned around and faced Lord Zedd, Finster, Baboo, and Squatt.  Rita told them I think we are in trouble and she was almost crying.  The Machine Empire had arrived and they planned on taking over this galaxy.  Lord Zedd and the rest had no choice but to flee.  Lord Zedd and the rest went into a frenzy packing the place up, with a For Sale in front, and dashing out.  They hurried to get to Serpentera.  Their travel wasn't made easy as Cogs in Quadrafighters blasted them nearly every step of the way.  Rita hated packing in a hurry, because she always felt like she had forgotten something.  Later on, Rita would realized that Goldar and Rito were not with them.  Lord Zedd told her they had probably failed to get the Zeo crystal and they would simply have to catch up later.  Rita also regretted wearing her pumps and asked Lord Zedd to carry her, but Lord Zedd refused.  As they continued on, Lord Zedd was the one to realized that even though they would reach Serpentera, they had no place to go.  Finster pointed out that this was true, as Serpentera had a limited amount of energy and they could only go so far.  Rita decided the only place left where the Machine Empire would leave them alone, was with her dad.  Lord Zedd protested, but Rita hollered for her dad.  Master Vile appeared in the sky.  Rita explained the situation and told her father they needed a place to crash.  Master Vile asked Rita if that included her husband.  With some reluctance, Master Vile told Rita they could stay with him.  Just to use the skeleton key and not to wake him up.  

Lord Zedd and the rest continue to make their way towards Serpentera.  Lord Zedd:  I still can't believe we have to go live with that decrepit dictator you call a father.  Rita:  Get over it Zeddy!  It's a done deal.  All we have to do is get loaded up and we're out of here.  Finster:  Please people, let's hurry while there's a lull in the attack.  Everyone took Finster's advice.  Soon the Cogs were attacking them once more.  Lord Zedd decided he was not going.  Rita grabbed him by the top of his head and told him she was sorry to do this to him, but they were going.  Rita dragged Lord Zedd over to Serpentera as the rest followed on their heels.  Serpentera was loaded up.  Lord Zedd and the rest made their way to Master Vile's to live with him.  Lord Zedd vowed he would return.
