Goldar and Rito Revolto managed to survive the blast from the Command Center, but they no longer had the Zeo crystal. Goldar and Rito wandered around Angel Grove. They had no memories of who they were or where they belonged. Rito asked Goldar if he didn't use to have wings, but Goldar had no answer for him. Rito searched the garbage cans for food. Goldar and Rito spotted a couple of teenagers and asked them if they knew who they were. The teenagers ran in terror. Rito became depressed and Goldar promised to take care of him. Goldar and Rito continued to wander around.
Goldar and Rito ended up knocking on Bulk's or Skull's garage. When Bulk & Skull told them to enter, they did so. Goldar and Rito were confused once more as Bulk & Skull ended up screaming and running around. Eventually Bulk & Skull knocked into Goldar and Rito and fell to the floor unconscious. Goldar and Rito kneeled beside them and they were worried. Rito lifted his arm and the smell woke up Bulk & Skull. Bulk & Skull were still scared. Goldar and Rito begged them to let them stay with them, as they had no place to go. Goldar and Rito told Bulk & Skull they would do anything. Bulk & Skull took full advantage of Goldar and Rito and made them their servants. Goldar and Rito cleaned the garage and later fanned Bulk & Skull as they lounged around.
Goldar and Rito waited as Bulk inspected their cleaning job on their patrol bike. Both of them were wearing frilly aprons. Bulk then told them they would have to redo the job. Goldar became angry and refused. Rito reminded Goldar of the promise they had made to be Bulk & Skull's butlers. Rito hurried forward and began working on the side mirror of the bike. Rito kept polishing the mirror until it broke off. Rito then promised that he would fix it. Bulk then told Skull that it was time to take the bike out for a test drive. Goldar and Rito watched as Bulk & Skull took off on their bike.
Goldar and Rito Revolto hid in some bushes, close to where Bulk, Skull, and Lt. Stone stood. Lt. Stone was giving Bulk & Skull orders to clean up the park after the police department picnic. After Lt. Stone left, Skull whistled for Goldar and Rito. They came out of the bushes. Rito: Yes sir, we're on the job. We'll have this park spiffy in a jiffy. Skull: Well then, make us proud. Rito: We'll be proud to make you proud sir. Just give us a couple of trash poker thingies and step aside. The ground began to shake. Bulk & Skull fell to the ground. When the shaking stop, there was smoke from a distance. Bulk & Skull got up. Bulk: Come on! Goldar, Bulk & Skull ran towards the direction of the smoke. Rito: Where did everybody go?! Rito soon followed them. They came across a space ship. Skull tried to open the space ship by ramming his shoulder into the door, but that didn't work. Soon the door opened on it's own and lots of water spilled out and onto Bulk & Skull. Goldar and Rito laughed. Cestro emerged from the space ship. At first there was a lot of screaming from all parties. After the screaming, Cestro told them he was looking for Billy. Bulk & Skull gave orders to Goldar and Rito to guard the ship as they would take Cestro to the only Billy they knew. Goldar was not happy. He didn't like the constant orders of picking up trash or guarding a space ship. Rito reminded him that at least they had a home. After awhile, Lt. Stone came towards them. Goldar and Rito screamed and ran away. Lt. Stone couldn't catch up with them, and soon involved Bulk & Skull into his capture of the aliens. Goldar and Rito were once more hiding in the bushes as Lt. Stone described the aliens as a golden monkey and a badly assembled set of bones. Lt. Stone never caught Goldar or Rito.
