Bulk & Skull entered the Youth Center. It was full of activity as people set up various tables. Bulk wondered what was going on. Skull found a flyer - it was the Angel Grove Junior Science Fair. Skull wasn't impress as there were no rides. Bulk told him it wasn't that kind of fair. One of the competitors walked past them. Bulk told Skull they were in a room full of nerds. Skull covered up his face as he didn't want to get nerdititis. Skull was ready to leave, but Bulk wanted to have some fun and dragged Skull in. They walked up to a young boy who was testing out his invention. Skull grabbed the invention from the young boy. Bulk urged Skull to spray something. Skull pointed the invention and sprayed Bulk's pants, which made them disappear. Bulk was furious as the room erupted in laughter. Billy and Willy, a young friend of Billy's walked up. Billy told the two to stop. Bulk remarked that it was the King Geek himself. Billy asked Bulk what he was doing at the fair, after all an IQ was required. Bulk made a fist and told Billy this was all the IQ he needed. Skull repeated the gesture and phrase. Jason and Zack walked up. Jason told Bulk he just needed a club, he would make a perfect cave man. Zack made some grunting sounds. Bulk became more furious. Bulk fought Jason and Skull fought Zack. At one point, Skull ended up in a trash bin. The fight continued until both Bulk & Skull landed on a flatbed cart. One of Trini's and Kimberly's friend were there and she had a machine entered. The machine was called Funky Fashion Machine. Kimberly and Trini called out that their friend needed some volunteers. Willy and Billy wheeled the cart over and dumped Bulk & Skull into the machine. The doors closed. After several minutes, the doors opened. Bulk & Skull were startled to see they were dressed in women's clothing. Bulk & Skull raced out of the Youth Center as everyone laughed at them. Later, Bulk & Skull entered the Youth Center once more. They were wrapped in towels. They walked up to Jason, Zack, Kimberly, Trini, Billy, and Willy. Bulk told them he wanted his clothes back, which Skull repeated. Kimberly and Trini told them they had them cleaned and sterilized. Trini and Kimberly passed Bulk's and Skull's clothing to them. The only problem was the clothes were now miniature copies of what they once were. Everyone laughed.
