Zack had been trying to show Tommy how to ask a girl out. He used his moves on Angela and she told him to get a life before walking away. Tommy laughed as he walked over to Zack. Tommy jokes, real impressive buddy. Bulk and Skull walk in. Bulk remarks, real impressive, if you're trying to get a date with a carnival geek. Skull laughs. Bulk asks them, what's the matter? You guys can't get a date? Zack replies, if you guys are such experts, why don't you teach us? Bulk pulls up his jacket over his head and zips it so only his face is sticking out. Bulk recites a poem to them. Roses are red. Violets are blue. No girl in the world is going to go out with you! Skull laughs once more, but not for long. Bulk is stuck and can't remove his jacket from his head. Skull tries to help him out of the jacket and they both end up falling onto the floor. Tommy and Zack laugh. Zack calls over a few of the girls at the Youth Center as he and Tommy walk over to where Bulk and Skull are laying on the floor. They decide to recite a poem as well. Roses are red. Violets are blue. We sure can learn something from you.....not! Everyone laughs.

Skull and Bulk are making monkey sounds as they walk through very tall grass at the park. Skull notices the five teens on top of the hill, which Skull claims is theirs. Bulk suggests they see what they are up to. Bulk and Skull climb the very steep hill. Bulk begins to struggle and tells Skull to give him a hand. Skull is not happy, but he leans his shoulder into Bulk's rump and pushes him up the hill. Bulk and Skull make it to the top of the hill, out of breath and with lots of grunts. Bulk tells them they are in our private park! Skull backs him up. Billy walks over to Skull and Bulk and tells them, actually this is a public park, anyone can visit. Billy thinks he has the matter cleared up. Skull replies, anyone but you Brainic. So get going! Trini tells Skull and Bulk to leave them alone. They have work to do. Skull notices the decoders and asks Bulk what are those? Bulk doesn't know, but he is eager to find out. Zack tells them they can look, but don't touch. Bulk becomes angry - no one tells me what to do! Bulk charges towards Zack. Zack quickly steps out of the way. Zack has moved in front of a trash can. Bulk turns around and charges towards him once more. Zack steps away and Bulk lands, head first, into the trash can. The trash can tips over and rolls down the hill. Skull quickly races down the hill to help his friends. Trini, Kimberly, Zack, Billy, and Jason watch from the top of the hill. The can stops rolling when it crashes into a tree. Skull helps Bulk out of the trash can, asking him if he is okay? Bulk doesn't look so good and Skull makes a disgusted face.

Zack is teaching a karate class at the Youth Center. Zack does a kata with one of his students, Cameron. Towards the end of the kata, Cameron falls onto the mat. Zack helps Cameron up. He tells him with a little more concentration, he will do great in the competition this weekend. Bulk, Skull, and Biff have walked in and they all overhear the conversation. Bulk agrees that Cameron will do well, for giving out prizes for geeks. Skull laughs. Zack replies, I don't remember you being an expert in this field, Bulk. It involves self discipline, control, knowledge. Bulk remarks, I'll tell you what I know. My protégée Biff is going to crush your wimpy dude in the competition. Bulk has Biff demonstrate. Biff does some impressive karate moves, although Zack is not impressed. Bulk is confident that Biff will win the competition and naturally Skull thinks so as well. The competition was held over the weekend. Biff had made it to the finals, but so had Cameron. As it turned out Biff and Cameron competed against each other in the final competition. Cameron won. Biff walked over to Bulk and kicked him in the shins, telling him he was getting a new coach.

Miss Appleby is having her class do video projects. Bulk and Skull entered the classroom late. Skull is filming Bulk as he walks in. They are making a video called Bulk - The World's Greatest Guy. Skull walks backwards as he films and accidentally bumps into Miss Appleby. Skull turns around and films Miss Appleby, telling them to take their seats now. Billy, Kimberly, and Jason are not amused by Bulk and Skull's antics. Skull continues to film Bulk as he walks towards his chair. Bulk tells the camera, that's Miss Appleby, who can't wait for me to sit down. Bulk sits at his desk. Skull directs him to move to the left, my left, and numerous other directions until Bulk gets confused and falls to the floor. The classroom laughs. Skull helps Bulk back up and promises he will edit it out later. Skull takes his seat. Miss Appleby tells the class it's time for their first video project. Trini is called up to present her video. Trini tells the class that her video project is called - Pollution Problems in Angel Grove. The video has Trini narrating as footage of pollution is shown. The video states although progress has been made, there is still the problem of trash, dirty air, and polluted water. Trini warns it's important not to destroy nature's delicate balance for the sake of the animals and our very world. If the animals disappear, ultimately, so will we. The time to act is now. The video ends. The class and Miss Appleby are very impressed. Miss Appleby tells Trini she did a very nice job. She tells the class that pollution is a serious concern to our society. Billy agrees. Kimberly asks what can they do to help? Trini plans to start a clean-up club. One day a week we can do some recycling, clean up some trails, help animals who are endangered. Jason tells her to count him in. Zack adds, sounds cool. Later, Bulk and Skull enter the Youth Center. Skull is still filming Bulk. Bulk tells the camera that this is where he trains. Pumping up is important to me! Skull stops filming as he reminds Bulk that he had promised Skull could do the scene with him. Bulk asks who's going to run the camera? Bulk then spots Ernie and asks him. Ernie is amused by the idea of Bulk and Skull working out. Bulk passes the camera to Ernie. When they are done at the Youth Center, Bulk and Skull head to the park. Billy, Jason, Zack, Kimberly, and Trini were there earlier, picking up trash. Buried beneath the bags of garbage is Bulk and Skull. Bulk takes a banana peel and waves it around before tossing it aside. Bulk makes his way out of the pile of garbage bags. Bulk comments this is going to make me look good. Thanks for all your help goody goods! Skull clambers out of the pile as well and walks around till he's facing Bulk with his video camera. Skull starts filming Bulk. Bulk tells the camera, I picked up all this trash by myself. Skull starts directing Bulk and he soon ends up falling into the bags of garbage. Bulk yells at Skull to get him out of here! Skull drops the camera and hurries over to help Bulk. The next day, at Angel Grove High School, Miss Appleby is impatiently waiting for the video presentation by Bulk and Skull. Bulk gets a little nervous until Skull finally walks into the classroom with the tape. Skull announces he just finished editing it. Skull walks over to Miss Appleby and pretends to give her the tape a couple of times before she finally grabs it out of his hands. Miss Appleby tells the class, this will be very interesting. Miss Appleby puts in the tape as Skull walks to his seat. Bulk tells Miss Appleby, I'm sure it will be an award winning project. Bulk asks Skull how does it look. Skull reassures him, there are a few glitches, but nothing to worry about. Bulk is very relieved. The tape starts to play and it depicts Bulk in very mishap they had while filming. Bulk becomes alarmed and Skull gets worried as the tape continues to play. Zack and Trini and the rest of the class can't stop laughing. Soon Billy, Kimberly, and Jason join in the laughter as well. Bulk threatens Skull, but Skull gets him to calm down. The tape continues to play with hilarious shots of Bulk and Skull. Even Miss Appleby can't help chuckling. The tape ends and the classroom laughs. Bulk tells Skull he's going to pound him, camera man! Skull quickly gets up and tells Bulk he can fix it. Skull runs out of the classroom with Bulk chasing after him.
