Billy, Jason, Kimberly, and Zack were at a carnival that had arrived in Angel Grove. They were having a good time. Zack was on a pair of stiles. Billy, Kimberly, Jason, and a clown watched him. Zack did well at first, but when he started doing some dance moves, he started to lose his balance. Jason caught Zack as he fell to the ground. Zack joked that Jason was his big strong hero and gave him a kiss on the cheek. Billy and the clown removed the stiles. Billy, Zack, Kimberly, and Jason decided to check out the rest of the carnival. They were soon watching Pineapple the Clown performing a juggling act. Trini and her cousin, Sylvia, joined them. They were soon joined by Trini and her cousin Sylvia. Trini introduced Sylvia to her friends. Bulk & Skull were at the carnival as well and they soon came over to harass Billy and his friends. Bulk asked them if they had seen the sign at the gates - no geeks allowed! Skull told them they should leave before things got messy. Just then the eggs Billy had been juggling fell on top of Bulk's and Skull's heads. Billy and his friends laughed. Kimberly told Bulk & Skull the only messy things were them. Jason noticed some gymnastics and pointed it out to his friends. Billy and his friends headed over. Soon Billy and his friends were participating in gymnastics. One of the clowns joined Billy and his friends in making a human pyramid. Billy told Trini to hurry as they were about to fall. Trini laughingly climb to the top. Within moments, Billy and his friends collapsed onto the ground. Trini panic when Sylvia was missing. Trini went to look for Sylvia. After awhile, Trini would return to where Billy, Kimberly, Jason, and Zack were just getting off the swings. Trini showed them how Sylvia had been turned into a cardboard cutout by a clown. Trini told them carnival was trap set by Rita. Jason told Trini to go to Billy's lab and they would have Alpha 5 teleport down to help restore Sylvia. Trini took off. Jason grabbed a megaphone and warned the people that the carnival was a trap. Billy, Zack, and Kimberly directed the screaming crowds towards the exits. The carnival quickly emptied out. Several of the clowns approached Billy and his friends. The clowns soon revealed that they were Putties in disguised. Billy, Jason, Zack, and Kimberly battled the Putties. Billy, Zack, Kimberly, and Jason used the carnival rides and equipment to help them in their battle. Soon the Putties were defeated. Pineapple the Clown melted into the ground and revealed his monster form - Pineoctopus. Billy, Zack, Kimberly, and Jason morphed. More Putties arrived, along with Baboo and Squatt. Blue Ranger, Black Ranger, Pink Ranger, and Red Ranger battled the Putties. Squatt and Baboo sat on the bleachers and cheered the Putties on. During the battle, Red Ranger noticed Pineoctopus was gone. Pink Ranger thought Pineoctopus had left when the Putties arrived. Black Ranger believed Pineoctopus headed towards the park. The four Rangers defeated the Putties and teleported to the park. Goldar was there. Blue Ranger, Pink Ranger, Red Ranger, and Black Ranger battled Goldar with their Blade Blasters. Goldar knocked them to the ground and was about to finish them off when Pineoctopus, Baboo, and Squatt arrived. Pineoctopus told Goldar to stop - he wanted to turn the four Rangers into cardboard cutouts. Pineoctopus sprinkled dust, but the Rangers' suits protected them from the dust. It made Baboo, Squatt, and Goldar sneeze a lot and they vanished. Rita made Pineoctopus giant size. Yellow Ranger came running up with good news. Alpha 5 had managed to return Sylvia to normal. Pineoctopus had overheard their conversation and told them big deal. Sylvia had only been the bait. Blue Ranger and the rest of the Rangers summon their zords. The Rangers battle Pineoctopus with their zords and did well against him. Blue Ranger used his Triceratops Dinozord to throw out chains that held Pineoctopus. Black Ranger used the Mastodon Dinozord to freeze Pineoctopus. The Rangers formed the Megazord and in tank mode continued to battle. It went well, but Red Ranger felt it wasn't enough. The Megazord went into battle mode. The Megazord fired and Pineoctopus was destroyed. Afterwards, they all returned to the carnival. Billy had come up with his own stilts, that were very low to the ground. Everyone had a good time.

Billy, Trini, Jason, and Zack are playing volleyball in the park. Billy misses a shot and hits the sand. Everyone tells him he is doing great. Kimberly brings over a try of cold drinks to the picnic table. Kimberly announces the drinks as Billy gets back up. Billy walks over to the picnic table. Billy and Kimberly high five each other as Kimberly steps into the game. Billy watches the volleyball game as Jason, Zack, Kimberly, and Trini play. Billy sits on top of the picnic table as he watches. Kimberly misses a shot and laughs it off. Trini and Jason win the volleyball game. Everyone is in high spirits until several Putties suddenly arrive. Billy jumps off the picnic table and races over. Billy, Zack, Kimberly, Trini, and Jason battle the Putties. The teens have a tough time against the Putties. Eventually the Putties suddenly vanish. Kimberly starts coughing and she and Billy walk over to the picnic table. They both sit on top of the picnic table. Kimberly is very thirsty and Billy offers her one of the drinks. Billy takes a glass for himself as well and they both drink. Billy and Kimberly feel different. Billy and Kimberly knock the rest of the glasses off the table and look at Jason, Zack, and Trini with contempt. Zack, Trini, and Jason walk up to them. Zack asks them if they are okay. Kimberly yells at them to get out of her face. Billy also yells to get out of her face. Jason asks what is wrong with you. Billy responds that nothing is wrong with him and, jabbing Jason in the chest, asks what is wrong with him. Trini suggests another game of volleyball. Kimberly tells them volley ball is for dorks. Billy adds that Trini, Jason, and Zack are dorks. Billy tells Kimberly it's time to kick it and Kimberly laughs as they walk away. The following day, Billy and Kimberly are walking down the stairs of Angel Grove High School. Kimberly spots a student and points him out to Billy. Billy and Kimberly run up to the student and toss him around, asking for money. The student claims he doesn't have any. They let him go, and he takes off running. Billy and Kimberly continue walking down the hall. Trini and Zack greet them. Billy pushes Zack aside and calls them study geeks. Billy and Kimberly walk over to Bulk & Skull. Kimberly makes a date with Skull as Billy simply stares at Bulk. Bulk is suspicious that it is all a joke. Billy pins Bulk to the locker and tells him he is no longer the baddest guy in town. Billy then searches Bulk for money. When Bulk is released, he grabs a reluctant Skull and rags him away. Moments later, Billy and Kimberly find themselves in an encase transparent force field in the Command Center. Jason, Zack, and Trini are there as well. Billy and Kimberly are outrage to be contained. Kimberly threatens to kick their sorry bums. Billy laughs. Trini asks Zordon what is wrong with them. The viewing globe shows Baboo placing punk potion in their drinks, which turned them from good to bad. The only cure is a potion made from the sap of the singing squash. A rare toot found only in certain dimensional gaps. Eons ago, Zordon had found the root in the dimensional gap on Bromak 5. Drinking the sap from the singing squash is the only hope Kimberly and Billy have of returning to normal. The alarms go off. Zordon tells them that Rita has taken advantage of the situation and released the Terror Toad. It must be stop. Billy and Kimberly can see the Terror Toad n the viewing globe. Kimberly is very impressed with the toad, which Billy finds amusing. Zordon informs Trini, Jason, and Zack that the Terror Toad is Rita's most evil creation yet. Jason, Zack, and Trini morph and teleport out. After awhile, Zordon tells Alpha 5 that he has located a dimensional gap in Sorcery 7. Zordon wants Alpha 5 to retrieve the singing squash. Alpha 5 is very reluctant. Zordon points out that Billy and Kimberly are hardly in the position to go. Alpha 5 glances over. Billy and Kimberly are as surly as ever. Alpha 5 presses two buttons on his chest and teleports out. Billy yells at Zordon to stop harassing the frog and let them out. Kimberly calls Zordon a big green geekoid. Zordon reassures them they will be released once the mission has been completed. Eventually Alpha 5 returns. Alpha 5 quickly makes the anti-dote. Alpha 5 takes the two glasses over to Billy and Kimberly. They give Alpha 5 a hard time, telling him the service here stinks. Kimberly and Billy drink the drinks as Alpha 5 turns off the force field. The anti-dote works immediately. Billy and Kimberly are stunned by their appearance. They notice Red Ranger on the viewing globe and hurry over. Zordon tells them Red Ranger needs their help in battling Terror Toad. They need to cut off Terror Toad's horn and then aim for the weak spot around his neck. Billy and Kimberly morph and teleport to the battle. Blue Ranger and Pink Ranger arrive with their Blade Blasters drawn. Red Ranger warns them that Terror Toad already has Yellow Ranger and Black Ranger. The three Rangers battle Terror Toad. Blue Ranger cuts off Terror Toad's horn with his Blade Blaster. Terror Toad is furious to lose his horn and captures Red Ranger and swallows him. Blue Ranger and Pink Ranger continue their battle with Terror Toad. Terror Toad captures Blue Ranger and swallows him. Blue Ranger's helmet appears on Terror Toad's stomach, along with the others. After awhile, Blue Ranger, Red Ranger, Black Ranger, and Yellow Ranger find they are released as they hit the ground. They quickly get back up. Blue Ranger has his Power Lance drawn. The rest of the Rangers also have their Power Weapons drawn. Baboo had shown up after Blue Ranger was swallowed and had been standing by Terror Toad. Once the Rangers struck, Baboo ran from Terror Toad's side. The Rangers battle Terror Toad with their Power Weapons. Going in by twos and ones. Pink Ranger is last and she fires her Power Bow. It lands in Terror Toad's mouth and Terror Toad is destroyed. Pink Ranger vows no one misses with her friends. Saturday arrives. Billy and his friends are at the Youth Center. There is a net open and Billy and Zack are practicing volleyball. Jason is working out with weights. Trini and Kimberly are practicing gymnastics. After awhile, Bulk & Skull walk in. Skull is dressed up with a suit jacket, vest, and bow tie. Skull is carrying black flowers. Bulk & Skull walk over to Kimberly and Trini. Skull grabs Kimberly and asks her if she is ready to tear up the town. Kimberly pulls away from him, as Billy, Jason, and Zack walk up. Skull is confused - he thought they had a date. Skull suggests getting some frog legs. Bulk uses some mouth spray and suggests a double date. Billy walks up to Bulk and tells him that Trini and Kimberly don't date Neanderthals. Bulk points out he isn't so tough any more. The challenge is a game of volleyball. Billy and Zack on one side, with Bulk & Skull on the other side. The games starts. Skull gets hit in the head with the ball. It isn't long before Bulk & Skull get tangle up in the net and fall to the floor. Bulk mutters that he hates volleyball, which Skull repeats. Billy, Trini, Jason, Zack, and Kimberly laugh.

The Youth Center was hosting a dance later that day. Several teens were there decorating the place and there were kids helping the band to set up. Billy and Zack were carrying a banner when suddenly Bulk ran into with his skateboard. The banner covered Bulk's face as he headed towards Jason and Trini. Jason leaped out of the way. Trini was unaware of the commotion. Trini was working on her kick and accidentally kicked Bulk. Trini called out an apology as Bulk was now heading towards Kimberly, who was working on her gymnastics. Bulk called her a dorkette as he told her to get out of the way. Kimberly leaped out of the way and yelled at him to watch where he's going. Bulk yelled back that he goes where he wants to go. Ernie was walking with a cake and Bulk was heading straight for him. Unable to stop, Bulk crashed into Ernie and his face landed in the cake. Billy and his friends gathered around. Skull asked Bulk if he was sure this was where he wanted to go? Billy and his friends laughed. Ernie was not amused. Ernie grabbed a hold of Bulk & Skull and told them they had to follow the rules. Bulk & Skull needed to reimburse him for the cake or they were not allow back. Billy and his friends overheard the conversation. Zack chuckled and told them they never learn. Zack then offered to teach Billy some dancing moves. Billy declined. Billy wasn't interested in dancing to attract female attention. Zack replied to each his own and walked away. Jason asked Billy if he was going to the dance. Billy told him no. Kimberly was surprised. Surely there was some girl at school he would like to take. Billy told them he would rather work on his weather device. Billy started to head out of the Youth Center. Billy bumped into Marge. There was an instant attraction. Marge's necklace had fallen off and they both spotted it on the floor. Billy and Marge bumped heads as they tried to retrieve it. Billy then got the necklace off the floor. Billy gallantly placed the necklace back on Marge's neck. Instead of leaving, Billy and Marge sat at a table together. Marge explained that she always wears her necklace. Marge's mother had gotten it for her after she graduated from the accelerated baby genius program. Billy was excited to tell Marge that he had graduated from the accelerated baby genius program as well. Billy noticed that his friends were standing closed by and watching them. Jason, Zack, Kimberly, and Trini quickly averted their faces, when they saw Billy looking at them. Marge asked Billy if he was going to the dance. Billy told her no. Billy then asked Marge if she was going to the dance. Marge replied not yet. Trini called out Billy's name. Jason pointed to his communicator and told him it was an emergency. Billy excused himself and walked over to his friends. Jason told Billy to ask Marge to the dance. Billy was outrage that was the emergency. Zack told him it was the biggest one of his life. Trini told Billy he could do it. But Billy couldn't. Marge got up from the table and told Billy she had to go. Marge then asked Billy if he would escort her to the party. Billy was thrilled and told her definitely. Billy suggested they get together prior to the evening's engagement to get to know each other better. Marge thought it was a capital idea. Billy then suggested the lake at the park at four o'clock. Maybe they could exchange ideas on his weather device. Marge thought it was the perfect place to discuss the weather. Billy and Marge left. Later, Billy was carrying flowers as he went to the lake. Marge was not there yet. Billy took a look around rather impatiently. Billy happen to glance down and saw Marge's necklace. Suddenly several Putties arrived. Billy tried to escape, but the Putties had him trapped. Billy used his communicator to contact Jason and let him know what was going on. One of the Putties grabbed the flowers and tossed it aside. Billy tried to break through. A Putty kicked Billy and he fell onto a rock, just as Zack, Kimberly, Trini, and Jason arrived. The four teens battled and defeated the Putties. Billy picked up the necklace as his friends gathered around. Billy was upset. Marge had never shown up. Billy feared something had happen to her, as her necklace was here. Just then Jason's communicator went off. It was Zordon and he wanted them in the Command Center right away. Billy and his friends teleported to the Command Center. When they arrived Billy was very upset and asked Zordon about Marge. Zordon told them Rita had set a trap for Billy. Instead Madame Woe had mistaken Marge for a Power Ranger and captured her. Billy felt it was all his fault. Alpha 5 reassured him that it wasn't. Kimberly told Billy they had dealt with Rita's bogus monsters before. They would take care of this one too. Zordon directed the teens to the viewing globe, which showed Madame Woe. Madame Woe was capable of controlling the weather elements. Madame Woe can also transport people to another dimension. This was all done through the crown jewel on her forehead. Madame Woe is a very formidable opponent. The teens would need to destroy her crown jewel. To defeat her, they would need to combine the power of all five power coins. Someone needed to assume this power. Billy stepped forward and told Zordon he would. Billy and his friends morphed and teleported to the beach where Madame Woe was waiting. Before Blue Ranger and the rest of the Rangers could strike, Madame Woe transported them to the same dimension Marge was in. Blue Ranger was surprised to see Marge there and hurried over. Blue Ranger told her not to be afraid and reassured her they would have her out soon. Blue Ranger walked back to the rest of the Rangers. Madame Woe had entered the dimension and battled the Rangers with ease. Madame Woe laughed throughout her battle with the Rangers. Red Ranger and Black Ranger used the Power Sword and Power Ax against Madame Woe as the rest of the Rangers fought her. Madame Woe easily knocked them aside. Blue Ranger, Pink Ranger, and Yellow Ranger then used their Blade Blasters against Madame Woe. They were knocked aside once more. Madame Woe used her long blue braids to toss the Rangers around. Black Ranger pointed out that none of their weapons worked against Madame Woe. They needed to come up with a plan and fast. Blue Ranger battled Madame Woe with his Power Lance. Madame Woe grabbed him by the neck and held him in the air. Blue Ranger realized they could not defeat Madame Woe in this dimension. They needed to get back to their own dimension. Blue Ranger managed to kick himself away from Madame Woe. The Rangers pulled out their power coins and combined the power, which Blue Ranger assumed. This allowed Blue Ranger to leave the dimension. Furious Madame Woe followed him out, declaring no one escapes Madame Woe. Blue Ranger battled Madame Woe with his Power Lance. It was another difficult battle. Madame Woe grabbed him with her braids and tangle him in the air before firing at him. Blue Ranger managed to grab the crown jewel off of Madame Woe's forehead. This greatly weaken Madame Woe. Blue Ranger's voice informed the rest of the Rangers and Marge of what was going on. Within a few minutes the rest of the Rangers and Marge were freed from the dimension. Marge stayed hidden as Blue Ranger and the rest of the Rangers battled Madame Woe. The Rangers formed the Power Blaster and destroyed Madame Woe with it. Blue Ranger and the rest of the Rangers gathered around Marge to make sure she was okay. Marge was very impress with the Rangers and tried to find the right words. Blue Ranger suggested "totally awesome". Marge told him exactly. Later that day the dance was held. Billy and Marge sat at a table together. Billy told Marge how he was worried when Marge had not shown up. Marge thought Billy was sweet. Marge told Billy she had been worried too, until the Power Rangers showed up. Billy confirmed that they had rather saved the day. Marge agreed - especially the Blue one. Marge is partial to Blue and thought the Blue Ranger was very gallant and brave. Billy was very flattered and about to agree when he caught himself. Meanwhile, Bulk & Skull had sneaked into the dance in disguises, but Ernie found them out. Ernie insisted on them paying for the cake. Bulk took the money out of the bank. Bulk's money was in between his toes. Bulk waved the money under Ernie's nose. Ernie felt faint and fell into the cake. Billy, Marge, Kimberly, Trini, Jason, and Zack hurried over and helped Ernie up. Jason joked that it wasn't time for the cake, they still had to serve the sandwiches. Ernie agree, but first he needed to work up an appetite. Ernie suggested dance. Ernie started to dance his way onto the dance floor. Kimberly, Trini, Billy, Marge, Jason, and Zack formed a conga line after Ernie and danced their way onto the dance floor. Billy and Marge danced together and had a great time.
