Billy was sitting at the counter at the Youth Center. Jason and Zack were there as well, sparring. Kimberly and Trini walked into the Youth Center. Trini came up to Billy and asked him if he had seen Maria, a twelve year old girl. Billy hadn't. Kimberly had already asked Ernie and he hadn't seen her as well. Billy joined Trini and Kimberly as they scanned the floor for Maria. Zack and Jason stopped their sparring. Jason told the girls they looked like they lost something. Kimberly explained it was someone. Trini added they had joined the Big Sister program for the day. They were supposed to meet Maria at the Youth Center a half hour ago. Kimberly worryingly asked Trini if she thought something had happened to Maria. Zack walked over to the girls and told them not to worried, as Detective Zack was here. He also asked them how much trouble could a little girl get into. Just then several teenage boys raced out of the shower room. The teenage boys had towels wrapped around their waists and some even had shampoo still in their hair. Billy and his friends laughed, along with everyone else at the Youth Center. Jason wondered who would do such a thing. The answer became clear when Kimberly and Trini spotted Maria at the hot water valve. Later, Billy was back at the counter of the Youth Center. He was sitting with Jason and Zack. Ernie had just delivered a huge dish of ice cream to Zack. Ernie told Billy and Jason theirs was next. Jason told Zack there was no way he could finish that as Zack dig into his ice cream. Kimberly and Trini came over. They had been having a picnic in the park with Maria when several Putties arrive. Trini and Kimberly battled the Putties, but another group of Putties had taken Maria. Billy wondered what Rita would want with a little girl. His friends didn't have any answers. Jason tried to contact Zordon, but communications was down. Jason then tried to teleport, but teleportation was down as well. They needed to get to the Command Center. Billy told his friends that he had been working on surprise in the garage. Billy believed it could help them get to the Command Center. Jason, Zack, Kimberly, and Trini were ready to try it. They raced out of the Youth Center and to Billy's garage. In the garage, Billy revealed the Rad Bug to his friends. They quickly left and traveled to the Command Center in the Rad Bug. Inside the Command Center, Zordon filled in Billy and his friends. Rita had located a magic chest that contain the Power Eggs. But only an innocent child could open the chest. Billy and his friends left once more in the Rad Bug. They traveled up the mountains towards the cave where the magic chest had been placed. As they rounded the last bend, they spotted Goldar, Baboo, Squatt, and Chunky Chicken. Billy and his friends morphed. Chunky Chicken got away with Maria. Blue Ranger and the rest of the Rangers battled Baboo, Squatt, and Goldar with their Blade Blasters. The Blade Blasters knocked the magic chest, which Baboo was holding, out into the sea. Chunky Chicken returned. Blue Ranger and the rest of the Rangers battled them with their Power Weapons. Rita was eager to get her Power Eggs and summon her team to an old warehouse where Maria was being held. Blue Ranger and the rest of the Rangers summon their zords and formed the Megazord. When they arrived in the Megazord, Maria was dangling from a rope. Rita, Goldar, Baboo, and Squatt stood on the steps of the old warehouse building. Chunky Chicken was in the air next to Maria. Rita offered to return the girl if the Power Rangers retrieved the Power Eggs. Blue Ranger and the rest of the Rangers refused. Rita gave the order for the rope to be cut. Chunky Chicken cut the rope. Maria fell, but the Megazord caught her. The Rad Bug was summon by remote and the Rangers told Maria to get into the car as they lowered her to the ground. Maria hopped into the Rad Bug and it took her safely away. Rita was furious and made Chunky Chicken giant size. The Rangers battled Chunky Chicken. It was difficult as Chunky Chicken had giant scissors that allowed him to cut into space and disappear from the battle, only to return from a different angle. Eventually the Rangers used the Megazord's Power Sword and destroyed Chunky Chicken. The next day, Billy and his friends were back at the Youth Center. Billy was sitting at a table with Kimberly as Zack walked by and asked how they were. Ernie asked Kimberly if she could help him with the chili. Kimberly held up the bowl of chili and asked if anyone wanted any. Ernie announced that he had just made it and it was on the house. Billy was surprised as everyone raced forward for the chili. Kimberly ended up accidentally dumping the bowl of chili on Bulk.

Billy and Kimberly were at his lab. Billy had come up with an invention that would allow him to read Kimberly's thoughts and Kimberly to read Billy's thoughts. The two enter the device and Billy turned it on. Unfortunately, Billy was unaware that his invention had been tampered with. Instead of being able to read Kimberly's thoughts, Billy was inside her body and Kimberly was inside his. They both screamed. The next day at school was not an easy one for them. Billy had trouble putting makeup on. Things got worse in cooking class, when Billy's cheese soufflé exploded and everyone got covered in it's goo. After class, Kimberly was very upset with him for the way he had dressed and the way he had put makeup on and the way her hair looked. Trini, Zack, and Jason had noticed the argument and joined them. But they soon found out what the argument was about. Alpha 5 contacted Billy and his friends and told them they needed to go to the park and retrieve a lamp. Billy and his friends immediately headed out to the park and started searching. Zack found the lamp. The teens teleported to the Command Center. Alpha 5 couldn't understand why Zordon had referred to the lamp as dangerous. Zordon replied it was the Genie who had been inside the lamp. There was more trouble as Goldar and several Putties had arrived in Angel Grove. Billy morphed into the Pink Ranger. The Rangers battled Goldar and the Putties. Alpha 5 contacted the Rangers to let them know Goldar and the Putties were a diversion, the real danger was the Genie. Blue Ranger and the rest of the Rangers teleported to where Genie was. The Rangers soon ran into trouble and had to be teleported back to the Command Center. Zordon talk to the Rangers and told them to combine their powers. The Rangers returned to the battle and summon the zords and form the Megazord. Genie was giant size now. The Rangers had a difficult battle against Genie. In the Command Center, Alpha 5 had discovered the lamp was the source of Genie's power. Carefully Alpha 5 destroyed the lamp. When he did, the Genie vanished. After the battle, they went to Billy's lab. Billy had made adjustments to the device. Billy and Kimberly stepped into the device once more and turned it on. When Billy and Kimberly emerged, they were back in their own bodies. Everyone was happy. Then Bulk & Skull entered. It was apparent that Bulk & Skull had used Billy's device, and their bodies had been switched. Billy was angry. Billy asked his friends if he should switch them back. Trini was opposed, as maybe now they would learn their lesson. Zack thought they had already learned their lesson. Billy agreed and had them entered the device. When they came out, they were back to normal. Skull pulled Billy aside and asked him if he could use his brain for the next math test. Billy commented some people never learn.

Billy was helping out his young friend, Willy, with his science fair project. Willy had invented a device that gave you a virtual reality experience. Trini, Zack, Kimberly, and Jason were also in Billy's lab with them. They all try on the goggles and had a great time, except for Kimberly. Jason was very impressed with Willy's invention. They packed up their gear and walked through the park to the Youth Center where the Junior Science Fair was being held. As they walked along, several putties showed up. Billy and his friends formed a circle around Willy to protect him as they battled the putties. Eventually they destroyed the putties. After making sure Willy was okay, they made their way to the Youth Center. Billy helped Willy set up his booth. Bulk & Skull entered and immediately caused a commotion. The judge thought the culprit was Willy and disqualified him from the competition. Willy became upset and ran out. Billy decided to go after his friend. Jason and Zack went with him. They walked through the park, yelling Willy's name. Trini and Kimberly would soon join them. In the park, Billy found Willy's cap and knew something had happened to him. The teens teleported to the Command Center. Billy and his friends watched the viewing globe as Zordon filled them in. Rita's latest monster, Eye Guy, steals children's intelligence. Willy had been captured by Eye Guy. Billy and his friends immediately morphed and headed into action. Blue Ranger and the rest of the Rangers battled Eye Guy with their Power Weapons. They then formed the Power Blaster. Eye Guy broke apart and then reassembled himself. During the battle, Zordon contacted Blue Ranger. Willy was being held in the main part of Eye Guy, which was in a different location. Blue Ranger filled in the rest of the Rangers and then took off. Blue Ranger arrived in the forest and battled Eye Guy's main eye. Rita was watching and became furious. Rita made Eye Guy giant size. The rest of the Rangers arrived where Blue Ranger was and summon their zords. The Megazord was formed. The battle continued. During the battle, Blue Ranger noted that the main eye was opened. The Rangers used the Power Sword while the main eye was opened. Willy was released as Eye Guy was destroyed. Blue Ranger and the rest of the Rangers made sure Willy was okay. Willy was thrilled to see them. After the battle, Billy and his friends met up with Willy. They all returned to the Youth Center. The judge approached Willy and apologized. Not only was Willy back in the competition, but he had won first prize. Willy was thrilled and Billy was happy for his friend.

Billy, Trini, Jason, and Zack were contacted and teleported to the Command Center. Zordon asks the four teens to look at the viewing globe. The viewing globe shows Kimberly flying a plane. Her Uncle Steve had been knocked out as his drink was tampered with. Bulk & Skull had fainted. Another complication is Rita had sent down a monster. Billy and his friends can't help Kimberly, they need to destroy the Snizzard. Alpha 5 will give Kimberly instructions on how to land the plane. The four teens morph and teleport out to the city. Blue Ranger, Yellow Ranger, Red Ranger, and Black Ranger battle Snizzard. The four Rangers used their Blade Blasters against Snizzard. Snizzard easily defeats them by deflecting the Blade Blasters' power against them. Blue Ranger and the rest battle Snizzard. Snizzard knocks them to the ground. Snizzard then releases his leg cobras. The cobras wrapped themselves around Blue Ranger and the rest. Blue Ranger and the rest can't break free and the cobras begin draining them of their energy. Snizzard easily knocks them around. Eventually Pink Ranger arrives, after Alpha 5 guided Kimberly through the landing of the plane. Snizzard summon several Putties. Pink Ranger destroys the Putties with her Power Bow. Pink Ranger then releases Blue Ranger and the rest of the Rangers. Snizzard releases his tonsil snakes. Pink Ranger destroys the snakes with her Power Bow. Red Ranger instructs Pink Ranger to destroy the apple on top of Snizzard's head. Pink Ranger does so with her Power bow and destroys Snizzard. After the battle, they all head over to the Youth Center. Billy watches Trini spar.

At Angel Grove High School, Miss Appleby's class are showing their hobbies for Hobby Week. Billy is in the class, along with his friends and Bulk & Skull. Billy demonstrates how his volcano works. Everyone in the class is impressed, except for Bulk & Skull. The bell rings and everyone gathers their things. Miss Appleby reminds them of their homework assignment. To read Chapter 4 in their English books - Question Marks - Why do we need them? Billy is cleaning up his volcano as the class files out. Trini walks up to him, very impressed with his volcano. Bulk walks up and grabs Mr. Ticklesneezer. Mr. Ticklesneezer is Trini's doll, which is part of her doll collection that she had brought in for Hobby Week. Trini tries to grab the doll back, but misses. Bulk tosses the doll to Skull. Skull catches it and makes baby sounds before tossing it back to Bulk. This time Trini catches it. Bulk had tried to catch it and accidentally presses the activate button on the volcano. Bulk's face is right over the volcano and purple goo spews all over his face. Skull hurries over to help clean Bulk off. Bulk spits some of the goo onto Skull. Billy and Trini laugh. That night Trini has a dream that Mr. Ticklesneezer has gone missing. Trini has enlisted Billy's help in searching for the doll. They checked the Youth Center, but no luck. Billy unlocks Trini's car and holds the door open for her as they decided to retrace their steps. Billy and Trini head off to the school, but they have no luck there either. Trini continues to drive and they stop at a stop sign. Billy doesn't want to accuse anyone, but maybe someone stole Mr. Ticklesneezer. Trini spots a life size Mr. Ticklesneezer walking down the street. Trini tells Billy they can stop searching for Mr. Ticklesneezer. Billy glances at the road and is surprised to see the life size Mr. Ticklesneezer. Mr. Ticklesneezer opens his magic bottle and Trini's car is pulled in with Billy and Trini still inside. Billy and Trini start screaming for help. Mr. Ticklesneezer tells them he won't hurt them and they will be a part of his collection forever. Mr. Ticklesneezer ends up by the train tracks when Pink Ranger, Red Ranger, and Black Ranger arrive. There is a small army of Putties at the train tracks, along with Goldar, Baboo, and Squatt. Baboo and Squatt just get into each other's way. Red Ranger, Black Ranger, and Pink Ranger battle the Putties. After awhile, Red Ranger battles Goldar with his Blade Blaster. Mr. Ticklesneezer it's time to get out of her. He starts to leave, and trips. The bottle goes flying. Pink Ranger captures it. Before Pink Ranger can release her friends, Goldar strikes her. The bottles goes flying once more and lands on the train tracks, with a train coming. Billy and Trini continue to scream for help. Pink Ranger battles Goldar and then breaks away long enough to grab the bottle. Pink Ranger opens the bottle and Trini's car rolls out. Billy and Trini hop out of the car. Pink Ranger runs over and tells them they could use their help. Billy and Trini morph. Blue Ranger and Yellow Ranger battle the Putties with their Blade Blasters. Rita has made Mr. Ticklesneezer giant size. Blue Ranger and the rest of the Rangers summon their zords and form the Megazord. Mr. Ticklesneezer has his magic bottle and opens it, capturing the Megazord. The Rangers summon the Megazord's Power Sword. The Power Sword hits the ground, causing Mr. Ticklesneezer to fall. The bottle opens and the Megazord is released. The Megazord grabs the bottle and opens it, threatening Rita. Goldar and Baboo grabbed onto her staff. Squatt floats up into the air and grabs onto the building. Rita fires at the Megazord. It's enough to let them retreat. Zordon has Alpha 5 contact the Rangers and instruct them to have Mr. Ticklesneezer return everything to it's proper time and place. Yellow Ranger tells Mr. Ticklesneezer to put everything back. Red Ranger adds before he hurts someone. Mr. Ticklesneezer never intended to hurt anyone and starts to put everything back. This is the end of Trini's dream. The following day, Billy and his friends are back in Miss Appleby's class. Bulk & Skull are the last to present their hobby. Bulk & Skull walk up to the front of the class. Skull is carrying something that is covered with a red cloth. Bulk does all the talking. Bulk tells them they like parasites. Billy can only shake his head at this announcement. Bulk continues by telling the class they collect fleas off of stray dogs. Bulk tells Skull to show them and Skull removes the cloths. Bulk announces their hobby is a flea circus. Billy leans in closer to take a better look, but doesn't see any fleas, just a small replicate of a circus. Unfortunately the fleas have left the circus and are on Miss Appleby. Miss Appleby scratches herself as the class erupts in laugher.

It is night and the Youth Center is close, but Billy, Kimberly, and Trini are inside, along with Ernie. Billy had brought along his latest invention - the Cake-O-Matic. Billy had some headphones on and was dancing to the music as Trini worked on a banner and Kimberly worked on the balloons. The cake-o-matic was starting to make strange sounds. Ernie went to check on it, but couldn't figured out what was wrong. Ernie started hollering for Billy, but Billy couldn't hear him. Kimberly and Trini also yelled out for Billy, but Billy didn't hear them either. Kimberly walked up and removed the headphones. Kimberly told Billy she was glad he was enjoying the group, but Ernie needed his help. Billy glanced over and saw cake batter pouring out of the cake-o-matic. Ernie had slid down to the floor. Billy raced over and tried to stop the flow of the cake batter, but he couldn't. Billy kneel down and told Ernie that he guess the cake-o-matic had a few glitches to work out. Ernie replied that he hated machines. Ernie left to clean up and returned shortly. Billy was working on the cake-o-matic, but he couldn't figure out what was wrong with it. Kimberly was sitting on the counter when Jason walked Jason. Jason asked what was going on. Ernie explained that the cake-o-matic went on the war path and he was almost buried in cake batter. Kimberly giggled. Jason thanked Ernie for letting them use the place after hours to set up a surprise birthday party for Zack. Ernie concluded that Zack was really going to be surprised. Ernie told Billy and Jason that he had also heard another surprised about the Power Rangers. Billy and Jason pretended that it took them a few moments to realize who Ernie was talking about. Ernie was positive that the Power Rangers would do for Angel Grove what Batman did for Gotham. Jason asked Ernie what he had heard. Ernie told him that he had heard the Power Rangers were regular humans like them. Jason told Ernie that he had heard the Power Rangers were space aliens. Ernie was blown away. Jason asked him to keep it under his hat, as they didn't want to panic anyone. Ernie walked away, still blown away by this news. A few moments later, Bulk walked in, dragging Skull behind him. Billy walked up to Bulk and told them the place was close. Bulk picked up Billy and put him on the counter, telling him the place was closed to nerds like them. Skull had gone over to where Trini stood and grabbed her banner. It was obvious it was a birthday banner and Skull pointed this out to Bulk. Bulk walked over to Skull. Kimberly told them they would have invited them, but animals were not allowed. Bulk took the banner and blew his nose in it. Trini was outrage. Trini had worked a long time on the banner. Skull took Trini's hands and walked backwards, dragging her along. Skull was willing to make it up to Trini for a date. Skull then tripped and fell. Kimberly laughed. Bulk walked over to her, grabbed the balloon and let the air out into her face. Jason told Bulk that someone should let the air out of him. Bulk furiously charged at Jason. Jason stepped out of the way and Bulk hit the pole. Skull got up and charged at them and hit another pole. Skull was dizzy and Billy laughed. Skull went after Billy. Billy quickly opened the door to the cake-o-matic and Skull landed inside the oven. Kimberly told Trini that she hated party crashers as Skull wiped the cake batter off of his face. Bulk & Skull left. Ernie came in and told them Zack was on his way. Billy and the rest hurried to grab all the decorations and hide them before Zack came in. Billy and the rest hid behind the counter as Zack walked in and ask Ernie where his friends were. Ernie pretended the place was empty and Zack soon left. Billy and the rest were relieved. The following day, Billy, Jason, and Trini walked up to Kimberly at her locker. Kimberly had just talked to Zack and felt bad. Kimberly had pretended to forget it was her poodle's birthday, which had hurt Zack's feelings. Billy and the rest reassured her, that once Zack saw the party, all bad feelings would be forgotten. Soon there was trouble. Rita had sent down Nasty Knight and it was battling Black Ranger. Blue Ranger and the rest of the Rangers soon joined in the battle. Nasty Knight fired all their Power Weapons. Blue Ranger and the rest of the Rangers then tried using their Blade Blasters. Nasty Knight fired them as well. Rita made Nasty Knight giant size. Blue Ranger and the rest of the Rangers summon their zords and formed the Megazord. The battle continued to be difficult. Red Ranger asked Zordon to send down the Megazord's Power Sword. The Rangers used the Power Sword and Nasty Knight fired it once more. Black Ranger quickly concluded that Nasty Knight was reflecting their weapons' energy back at them. They had to reflect back his own energy with a bit of their own. The Rangers did so and Nasty Knight was destroyed. After the battle, Billy and his friends went to the Youth Center. Zack was surprise to see the place and was dark and asked where Ernie was. The lights flickered on and the crowd shouted Happy Birthday Zack. Zack was blown away by the surprise party. Zack told his friends he had been bumming, thinking they had forgotten his birthday. The band started playing the music and the teens began dancing. Except for Billy who had raced over to the counter. Once more the cake-o-matic was spewing cake batter all over. Billy tried to stop the flow, but couldn't. The birthday party was a great success.
