Willy
Willy is a young friend of Billy. Willy created a hologame that made you feel as if you were on a roller coaster. Willy entered his project in the Junior Science Fair. While Willy and Billy set up Willy's project, Bulk & Skull entered the room. Bulk & Skull cause several problems - which the judge of the science fair did not see. Bulk & Skull ended up being tossed in a makeover machine. When doors to the machine opened it revealed Bulk & Skull dressed as girls. Willy and his friends laughed as Bulk & Skull made a hasty exit. The judge noticed the laughter and disqualified Willy from the science fair. Upset, Willy left. Rita Repulsa was impressed with Willy's intelligence. Rita sent down Eye Guy to capture Willy. Willy was in the park when he was captured by Eye Guy and held in the Internal Vortex. Willy stayed there until the Power Rangers destroyed Eye Guy's main eye and released Willy. Willy was thrilled to be rescued by the Power Rangers. Willy returned to the Junior Science Fair with Billy and the rest of his friends. Willy was surprised to see the judge and Ernie using his hologame. Willy won first prize at the Junior Science Fair.
