Tamara
Tamara is a young women from Israel. She is the Committee Chairperson for the World Teen Summit. Tamara and Billy liked each other. During her time in Angel Grove, Tamara and Billy share a picnic in the park. Things were going well, until Tamara spotted Zedd's putties in the park. Billy urged Tamara to head for the Youth Center. Tamara was reluctant to go, but she followed Billy's instructions and was the only member of the committee not taken by Goldar and the putties. The other members of the committee would later be rescue by the Power Rangers. Tamara and the rest of the committee felt the summit had gone well.
