Jacob Anderson - Jacob Frank
Jacob was in Angel Grove with his father, Mr. Anderson. Mr. Anderson is a teacher at Stone Canyon High School. Mr. Anderson had brought Jacob with him to cheer his students, Aisha, Adam, and Rocky, at the ninja competition. Before the competition, Mr. Anderson had taken Jacob to the park. They were sitting on the bench together when Jacob reached into his stroller for some cookies. Jacob accidentally set the stroller to go rolling and it hit the bikes of the current ninja champions. Mr. Anderson picked up Jacob and hurried over. Mr. Anderson placed Jacob in the stroller and tried to reason with the furious champions. It was Mr. Anderson's turn to accidentally set the stroller off. Jacob calmly sat in the stroller as it rolled through the park. Jacob was unaware that he had several people chasing him, trying to stop the roller. Mr. Anderson, Aisha, Adam, Rocky, Kimberly, Billy, Tommy, and even Bulk & Skull went after the rolling stroller. It was Kimberly and Aisha who prevented the stroller from continuing on down a steep hill. Kimberly picked up Jacob. The six teens were all together and soon Mr. Anderson arrived. Mr. Anderson was very relived to see his son and gave him a big hug. After all the introductions and thanks,. Mr. Anderson left with Jacob. Later, Jacob sat with his dad, and Bulk & Skull, and watched the ninja competition. Mr. Anderson passed Jacob to Bulk so he could cheer Adam, Rocky, and Aisha as they had just won the championship. After the competition, Mr. Anderson prepared for the ride back and placed Jacob in the car seat. Jacob was unaware that moments later, his father and Rocky, Aisha, and Adam had been captured by Goldar. Instead Jacob contended himself with Bulk & Skull, who had seen Goldar take everyone. Jacob cried a little as Bulk & Skull tried to entertain him. Bulk & Skull decided the Power Rangers would be along soon and decided to take Jacob with them. Bulk & Skull brought Jacob back to the park and they all sat at a picnic table. Jacob was upset and Bulk & Skull couldn't figure out why. They tried feeding him, but Jacob wasn't interested in any of the food Bulk offered. Bulk & Skull began to sing "I'm a Little Teapot" to Jacob, but quickly stop when two girls passed by. Once the girls passed, Bulk & Skull continued with their singing to Jacob.
Bulk & Skull continued babysitting Jacob as Mr. Anderson remained missing. Jacob needed his diaper change and he cried. Bulk & Skull were not thrilled with the task. Skull had come running over to the picnic table with numerous boxes of diapers. Bulk & Skull managed to go through all the boxes, tearing up each diaper, as they tried to change Jacob. As the last diaper ripped, Skull reluctantly donated his bandana to the cause. Later, with Jacob clam and sitting in Skull's lap, Mr. Anderson came running towards them. Mr. Anderson hugged Jacob and thanked Bulk & Skull for taking care of Jacob for him. Eventually the group was joined by Aisha, Kimberly, Adam, Billy, Rocky, and Tommy. Bulk & Skull wanted to ask them about their experience with the Power Rangers, since Aisha, Adam, Rocky, and Mr. Anderson were rescued by them. Adam, Rocky, Mr. Anderson, and Aisha made excuses as to why they couldn't answer any questions. Mr. Anderson told Bulk & Skull they had done a good job with Jacob and told Skull he would wash and returned Skull's bandana. Skull patted Jacob's bottom and told Mr. Anderson that he could keep it. Mr. Anderson then asked Bulk & Skull if they would be interested in babysitting Jacob again. This time it was Bulk & Skull who made the excuses and then took off.
