Hallie
Hallie is Trini's young next-door neighbor. Hallie went with Trini, Kimberly, and Tommy to the beach. Hallie enjoyed stories of princesses and princes and like to imagine herself as a princess. She built a sand castle with Trini. During the castle building, Bulk and Skull disguised themselves as Zedd's putties to try and trick the Power Rangers. Hallie, Trini, Kimberly, and Tommy laughed at the "putties". Lord Zedd was angry at the joke about his putties. Lord Zedd decide to make the Power Ranger pay by kidnapping Hallie. Hallie had gone off on her own and Lord Zedd sent his putties and Goldar to capture her. Hallie was trapped on Venus Island. She was unconscious and surrounded by a red fog. Lord Zedd was using the red fog to turn her evil and have Hallie join his army. The Power Rangers arrived on Venus Island. Trini used her blaster to break the red fog. Hallie woke up to the sight of the Green Ranger - whom she called her prince. Tommy lifted Hallie up and carried her to safety. Later, at the Angel Grove Youth Center, Hallie was questioned by Bulk and Skull about the Power Rangers. Hallie gave descriptions of the Green and Red Power Rangers. Bulk and Skull had hired an artist to do drawings based on Hallie's descriptions. The artist drew renaissance picture instead. Bulk and Skull fired him. Hallie took the drawing.
