Dougie
Dougie is a young boy that refuses to go swimming at the Angel Grove Lake. He was afraid of monsters in the lake. Rocky tried to reassure Dougie that he would be safe, but he still refused. Rocky kept an eye out for him. When Rocky was called away, he made sure another lifeguard looked after Dougie. Dougie spotted Bulk and Skull in trouble. The lifeguard was busy tending another swimmer, so Dougie went into the lake after Bulk and Skull. Using a large inter tube, Dougie pulled Bulk and Skull to safety.
