Miss Appleby - Royce Herron
Miss Appleby teaches at Angel Grove High School. The students in her class were usually required to give oral reports on a variety of subjects.
Miss Appleby attended Power Rangers Day at Angel Grove Park. She was one of the citizens transported to the Dark Dimension by Dramole. Miss Appleby was later returned with no memory of what had happened.
Miss Appleby was firm with all her students. When Tommy's pager, as Miss Appleby assumed, kept going off in class, she became very irritated. Miss Appleby asked Tommy to turn off his pager. When Tommy's communicator continued to go off in class, Miss Appleby asked for the pager and placed in the top drawer of her desk. She would later catch Tommy trying to get his pager back. Miss Appleby was very surprised at Tommy. But when Tommy asked for his pager back, she gave it back to him. She also confiscated Bulk and Skull recorder when Skull accidentally played the tape back. And no fighting or karate moves in the hall when Miss Appleby is walking by.
Miss Appleby would occasionally supervise some of the detentions. She was also in charge of some of the dances that Angel Grove had.
Miss Appleby has a pet iguana.
When she was a young girl, Miss Appleby's favorite book was "Grumble The Magic Elf" - the same as Kimberly.
Miss Appleby was teaching a class when Lt. Stone poked his head into the classroom. Miss Chief spray him with a love potion and Lt. Stone headed straight for Miss Appleby. Miss Appleby was taken back by Lt. Stone sudden interest in her. Lt. Stone asked Miss Appleby to the Junior Police Patrol ball. Miss Appleby was further confused when Mr. Caplan also fell in love with her. She had thought everyone had gone mad. Miss Appleby did enjoy Mr. Caplan and Lt. Stone fighting over who she was going to the dance with. Finister appeared with an antidote and instead of fighting, Lt. Stone and Mr. Caplan introduced themselves. Miss Appleby leaned against Mr. Caplan in weary resignation. Later at the Junior Police Patrol ball, Lt. Stone asked Miss Appleby to dance. She accepted happily.
Miss Appleby gave her students an two hour exam that covered everything they had learned from the beginning of the semester. The students in her class included, Kat, Tommy, Jason, and Rocky.
Miss Appleby supervise Justin as he took a placement test at the Angel Grove High School resource center. Miss Appleby was surprised when Justin turned in his test an hour earlier. She asked Justin if he wanted to double-check his answers, but Justin say no. Justin left and Miss Appleby looked over his test. She was surprised at how well Justin had done.
Miss Appleby gave her class a science test in the resource center. Kat was her student teacher. Miss Appleby distributed the tests. Miss Appleby sent Justin, Reggie, and Junior out of the resource center for talking during the rest. During the test, a fire alarm went off. Miss Appleby was surprised as she didn't know there was a fire drill that day. Miss Appleby talked to two of the firemen who arrived at Angel Grove High School. They walked down the stairs and encountered Kat and Justin. The fire alarm had been a false alarm. Miss Appleby noticed that Justin looked uncomfortable and asked him if he knew anything. Justin reluctantly told Miss Appleby that Reggie and Junior had pulled the alarm. Miss Appleby left to find the two troublemakers and gave them detention. Later in the day, the fire alarm went off in school again. Miss Appleby announced that school had been dismissed until they could figure out what was going on with the alarms.
